If I could give this 0 stars I would . LA fitness as a brand is one of the most cheapest companies I have ever been . You guys charge full price . Yet all of your locations have more than a handful of equipment out of service .

Deshawn is cool yall got some good people here love the atmosphere can't say the same for the interaction with the girl at the front aparantly he couldn't take a guest but I had fun swimming the place was well kept up thanks yall

Been with LA for 5 years and seeing this every single day makes me so mad , I don't even care anymore that fact y'all running this location " WITHOUT AC" BTW which Health department has been called. Stay safe, fellas, and don't even bring a nice car in here because someone would BROKEN in for no reason. ALSO, THOSE WERE 3 CAR BROKEN IN SAME TIME ⏲️ SAME LOCATION, SAME DAY

Great gym and great staff but bad security. Broke into my brand new van despite security car patrolling around and having no idea. Almost $5000 worth of car damages and personal stuff

Always loved them. Waa in a wreck and was out of gym and dang near lost everything. So I went in and I was reinstating. Member for years. So I went in to get me and my lady back instated. They tried to charge $300 down and $70 a month. When I was paying $58 for the both of us and no $300 down. So we are going to unfortunately move. 24 hour fitness $70 down $35 a month, is one deal I am looking at. And president and first lady is less. And at 24 hour they have dry and wet sauna's.

The only gym we’re the front desk spoke English, answered the phone, was available, and that actually helped me out. I called 5 stores. LA fitness needs to hire a better staff, care for your customers just like you care for that money you want when the bill comes

Great gym but terrible customer service the lady who picked up when I called took 2 minutes to answer and all she said was hello and then ended the call

Was one of the earlier clubs to get a full upgrade. Has been maintained niceley. Very busy though with a lot of people with no clue what they are doing. More PT visible would have got it a 4
