I rolled my foot and made a quick trip to Urgent Care … was told by Dr. there that I did not have a break but badly damaged ligaments and tendons . They did not offer any “walking boots “there but was told I needed to get one on my foot ASAP til I could get into a foot specialist.I sat in the parking lot frantically calling every medical equipment supply co. within 20 miles. Several were out of business and 2 had very immature people on the phone to answer my questions . One said they could read a brochure to fit me and the other said “ we just sell the boots - we don’t fit them “!As GOD would lead me I called LEGENDS MEDICALSUPPLIES. The sweetest voice answered the phone -Jennie who told me I was welcome to come then and the man that is a “fitter” could gladly take care of me. My friend drove me there and we were met with smiles by Jennie and Seth ( owner) . Seth fitted me in the boot and gave me important information and instructed me to Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate until I see the foot specialist.They kindly filed my insurance for me as well. It was a long day that ended on a positive note thanks to these two professionals who really care and know the meaning of Customer Service .I highly recommend LEGENDS MEDICAL.Most Sincerely,Cindy Hamilton

I sort a closer means to manage my sleep therapy supplies. However, I'm not sure if I made a good decision. My suppliers have yet to be shipped, nor does it seems to be an effective system to manage the supply schedule. I started calling in October and was told my supplies would be shipped before Halloween. I called last week, and the person I spoke to had no records of me calling nor has my supplies been shipped. My fault..I didn't get a name the first time. Was told my supplies would go out on that Friday, and I would get a call to confirm the shipping information. It's monday, and I've not gotten that follow-up call, and the phones are going to be a full voice mailbox(all day) Since this is covered by my insurance, I'm confused with the delays and lack of care for supplies that are important to your client's welfare.

Legends has awesome customer service! I filled out their online form with some product inquiries, and they responded with great information within 12 hours. Then, after a brief call, they helped me order what I needed in a timely manner. Shout-out to Jenni for all of her help!
