Angelika toured us and it was an amazing experience. She made the tour feel very welcoming. Definitely ask for her to give you a tour!

it is a disaster!!! I recommend not renting here, the last two years living here have become annoying, I have been asking for paint repair in my bathtubs for a year and I receive promises of calls and solutions that have not been fulfilled, the floor is peeling off and technically they tell me not to worry we are going to have a meeting and we will talk about your case and we will call you, here I am still waiting, there is no reasonable treatment for the residents, how is it possible that they cannot send to glue the floor and paint the bathtubs when you pay your rent in full, this is a mockery, if you have more options reconsider coming here, you are not going to receive more promises and overcharges in the end, if someone from the corporate of this property reads these messages I would like them to do a survey of these cases and take the residents seriously.
The current images are from a year of use, paint that began to peel off after two months. They have come three times, taken photos, closed the case and simply nothing happens.

Great place. I moved here from Ohio and the Apartment is great.
It's decent sized.
Good Amenities.
GREAT area, Woodlands is one of the top rated areas in Texas.
Karen is amazing to deal with. We had a bunch of issues come up as we were moving in, due to no fault of our own or the apartment management, but Karen helped me resolve them all.
Plank flooring is a plus
Parking can be tricky but make sure to register your Vehicle correctly.
Thank you Karen and the team for helping me complete my move to Texas.

So disappointed of the parking spots. Cars are still been towed even if they are registrated on the system. And gotta pay 345 dollars to get them out . They literally have towed our car 2 times since we moved here.
Also there is so many apartments that are overfilled with More then 8 people living in a 2 bedrooms apartment.. and every one of them have a car.. it's is so frustrating coming home and spend around 30 min driving around to get a parking spot.
Would be so great if they assign parking per each apartment that way us as residents would not be dealing with this .

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Parking is terrible. Resident's cars get towed regularly at the cost of the resident with the screwy parking system they have. They turn the water off without proper notice or any notice at all. The hot water has been off multiple times in the last month. The buildings are old and do not have proper insulation in the ceilings, so the second-floor apartments reach the mid 80's during the summer days. The office staff is pleasant but not very helpful. Anyone that can resolve financial issues is conveniently not on site. Really the only upside is the location. Also, they're asking $1200 for a 12-month lease on a 550 square foot apartment. Save yourself the trouble and just live somewhere else.

Great area but im furious with the management of the complex. I been living here since April 2024 and today my car was towed from my own residence. Im the lease holder my car was registered and confirmed it was registered with the apartment leasing agent. They towed my car and when I asked why was it towed the tow company told me It wasnt a registered vehicle. I paid $321 to get my car out the lot where it was towed and management did nothing. How do you tow a resident car and do nothing about the money I had to pay to get my own cat out thats registered to my apartment. Car insurance, Driver license and lease all match my address to show im a tenant!!!!
Theres no visitor parking its on a first come first serve basis. You have to share parking with ppl who dont stay there. Crazy!!!!
I just paid $1555 for rent then have to pay $321 to get my own car out the tow yard that was towed from my own residence as a lease holder smh!!! Goodluck This is how you treat your residents that pay rent on time and actually live at the property!

My lease was just up a few days ago. I had paid everything and then was STILL left another charge and the website did not even tell me why. It always floods here when it rains and parking isn't always the best. The rent here is super expensive for what the apartments are as well. The staff members are really nice and professional I will give them that, as well as the maintenance guys, but other than that… this place sucks.

I do not recommend this place one bit! There is no parking for residents after 7pm! Even after they “enforced” a parking permit the parking did not get any better! Even after registering a visitor they still towed my friends car! Also the place is full of PESTS I have had so many critters crawl up my shower drain! Spiders roaches EVERYTHING! The trash is always over flown. There is no gate so people can just come in and STEAL. My neighbors have had their packages stolen they had to put a sign on the door to tell the delivery guy to not leave it there! These apartments are not worth the price! 0/10 do not recommend! On top of that the lack of hot water is OUTRAGEOUS! Too many cold showers for my liking! The water pressure is so low it’s literally drip drops of water coming out dang near. STAY AWAY!

No sympathy for residents, water is always out every other week, terrible parking rules, floods like crazy, and very over expensive

I have lived in Lexington for 5 years. It is a quiet place with nice people. The apartments are comfortable. And in general the complex is well located.

I am updating my review after my most recent experience with this complex. Living here was mostly okay. My air conditioner broke down 3 times in a year while I lived here which was very annoying. Additionally they were constantly having plumbing issues and having to shut off the water which was a huge hassle. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience. That is until I moved out. I moved out a month early because I bought a home. I still had to pay that month’s rent. I did my final walk through and turned in my keys and the guy told me I didn’t owe anything further. I even checked my account balance online a few weeks later and it reflected a $0 balance. Well 7 months later I get a phone call from a collections agency saying I owed $900. I was very confused because I had been told I did not owe anything further, I had checked my account after the final inspection, and I never received a single phone call or email from the apartment complex saying I had a balance. Really low of the management to not even bother to call or email me to discuss a balance especially when I was told I did not have one and it wasn’t reflected on the portal online. I would be cautious with living here.
