No support once they get your money. Installed our carpet upstairs. Spots began to appear. Won't return my emails to come out and see what's going on.

Loom Craft installed vinyl plank over wood floors. They advised us to do so. Vinyl plank is waterproof, and a good reason to buy vinyl plank. But, put it on wood, it becomes a wood floor with a plastic surface. We had a water problem that caused the floor to buckle. Loom Craft denied all responsibility because the person that made that recommendation was no longer employed. Loom Craft, you cannot delegate responsibility. Stay away from this company without ethics.

Buyer beware! Loom Craft had flooring in their inventory that we bought for a rental house. They informed us that they would not install the flooring because of a moisture issue. Then, they informed us they were charging us a restocking fee, despite their refusal to install the floor. There was no restocking as it never moved. Unethical. Lots of good flooring companies around. This is not one of them.

This is the second time I have used loom Craft Home Design Center for flooring in my home. Both times all the staff I dealt with where very professional and helpful. I got good advice from the sales people and the installer. I will use Loom craft again if I need flooring, and will recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a job well done!Lester

Our home flooded from Hurricane Harvey ruing our entire downstairs wood floor. We were directed by the floor manufacturer, Kahrs, to go to Loom Craft as they are one of their distributors. After spending about $19,000 on the new floors (downstairs and upstairs), both had wood slats popping up all over. At first, Kathy Thomas, the manager, said they would be "good for their product" and came out for inspection. While she believed the floor to be defective (and said she reported to the main manufacturer) we found in follow-up, little was done. This has now been over a month since we reported problems and absolutely nothing has been done. Obviously, we need a new floor, have contacted our attorney and looks like we will have to sue. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY SIGNIFICANT PROJECT!!! Not any different than the numerous "contractors" running around Houston, doing a crappy job, then shrugging it off. We will fight this to the end, but don't allow yourselves to be put in that position...find someone else!!!

I have previously used this business several times in the last 25 years. This time I went to get carpet for two rooms. Kathy said I should use them rather than their competitor because they had better prices and service. I paid my deposit and then it took two weeks to get scheduled. The Installers were to be there at 8:00 AM. It was almost 11 AM when they arrived and then it took a couple of hours to complete. My Husband missed an Funeral because they were late. He tried to pay when they were done and the Installer said they could not take it because the first card used had to be the one to pay the balance. The Installers did do a good job. However, Kathy called the next day to ask for payment which she would have already had if they had explained their policy when the carpet was purchased. She was also very unapologetic and almost belligerent saying that they could not help what happened. Very poor customer service and a disappointment for a business that I had respect for.

I have had both carpet and laminate flooring installed in my home. The install on both was excellent. The sales staff that helped me,Terri and Kathy, have many years of experience in flooring and can guide you in the right direction. The laminate flooring I was able to purchase at Loomcraft looks like wood and sounds like wood.
