I came into the store on Wednesday July 16,2025. I needed some plexiglass and Isaiah was a great help and directed me to go to the desk up front, once I got there Blane helped me. His respect for my needs was rare and I appreciate how he took the time to walk to the area and help me in my search. I didn't get to meet the store Manager, but I can tell by the everyone helps he is a great leader. Blane appreciates and respects him alot. I'm not a person who is easy to satisfy, but I saw Black excellence in the works. Thank Blane and the management team at Lowe's. I'm a home builder and I sent over $100,000 last year at Homedepot, but I will spend that money at the I-45 Lowe's going forward. Thanks again

Several calls to the Spring location to make a purchase of a EGO POWER + POWERLOAD with LINE IQ 56-volt 16-in Trimmer. The online chat recommended contacting the store because the online price was different than the store sale. After 4 attempts to speak to someone and staying on hold multiple times, I stopped trying. The lady who answered the phone at 9:11 a.m. on July 10th said she didn't know why I was transferred to her because she couldn't help me with a purchase.....WOW!! I guess this location doesn't want sales and I'm a Lowe's Card Member. How hard is it to simply help or get someone who can! Well, maybe ACE Hardware can help me, eventhough I will spend more.

Worst customer service ever. No help at all. Got attitude from the woman in cabinet section that was painting the shelves because customer service sent me to her to get help getting a vanity I bought. Haha wow

Have experienced several issues with this place. Employees being rude at times. We bought a brand new dryer from them only to have certified electrician say the electrical board was bad. 48 hour policy on appliances then have to contact the manufacturer to get service man out. Strongly advise not dealing with any lowes bc one off 2920 just as rude. Ace is down the road and I will gladly pay more to be treated as a valued customer. Tonight asked for experienced person in electrical only to be told they left at 4pm.

I'd like to compliment Ms Rosie in customer service. She's outstanding very knowledgeable extremely patient kind and very helpful despite the long lines with return she takes her time and make sure everything is done to the best of her abilities
