Greetings, everyone needs to chill the hell out with reviews. No one gives people chances anymor and nobody recognizes mistakes can happen. Patient is a virtue and 2nd chances exist.
My review is based solely on a purchase, price, and delivery speed. I'm am very satisfied with their quality. Would recommend. Would buy again.

Phenomenal quality, I got mine in about 30 days which is reasonable in today's artillery market. I had to make a correction to the ZIP code which was no problem I shot an email to customer service they responded however after about 3 weeks into it I sent an email and didn't get a response and that was a little disheartening but I ended up getting the receivers that week. For the price it can be worth the wait

What can I say when you find the best you stick with it! To say M1 Machining is A Step Above the Rest would be an understatement the quality and unique
craftsmanship of their AR-15 billet anodized AND raw lowers was incredible not only did everything fit like a glove but the anodized was flawless and the Unique Style and finish on the raw looked so good all my ideas to cover with cerakote went right out the window which made it that much better! I was trying to receive them before a trip I was making and reached out to the customer service to see if they could help me out the response time was almost immediate and their willingness to help was a relief i received my parts in time and well packed in a box designed for the product not just dumped into bubble wrap like the others since my first order I have picked up their charging handle and compensator equally impressed by both and won't be stopping there! DO NOT pass up M1 MACHINING! you will NOT regret this purchase!

I ordered one of their AR10 Stripped Lower Receiver's and they shipped it to me express to CA once I told them I needed it before CA's inane AR15 ban went into effect. It was an amazing and beautiful piece, loved it and mated perfectly with my dpms style upper. Their customer service was wonderful and answered all my questions and were very courteous.
Now I have to say this was when they first started business. I am sad to hear others later on on had problems because my own experience was exemplary. I am even sadder that they went out of business and that my review comes too late. Well I just want you all to know I will cherish my M1 machining 308 lower and thank you for it.

I bought an AR-15 and an AR-10 80% lower. Both lowers had several features that were out of tolerance. The magwells had bad mismatches where they were milled and the bolt stop slots on both were extremely sloppy. The magazine release on the AR-10 was so low the bolt wouldn't strip a round out of any of the 3 different magazines I tried. I sent several emails and only got one rude reply. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Good quality. Bad comunication and service. Be ready to wait longer than promised with no dialog. Personally i started thinking i had been robbed due to the lack of interaction. Still after months i did not receive all items. I feel like i could have filed parts by hand and walked then here faster.

BEWARE! ! I never received my order from May. The owner emailed me and said he would personally take care of it. That was well over a month ago. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. At least 10 voice mails, and 10 emails to customer service, sales, and even the owner James Hampton...... No response. They took my money and ran.... FRAUD ALERT!!! Buy your parts somewhere else.

I have been buying from M1 for some time now. I only ran into one issue on an AR10 lower. I was able to fix it and when I called M1 they gave me a discount on my next order. I'd say I've used 30+ receivers from M1 and only one issue. If they are backordered it is worth the wait.

Do not order from this company! I had heard that their products were great and everything looked good on the website. I ordered an 80% lower two months ago and have not received it. I have sent three emails, called multiple times and left messages and have not heard a single word back from them. If i do not hear back soon, i will report it as fraud. Stay away.

I ordered a five pack of 80% AR15 lowers on Mar 5th, 2017. Once received I located someone to complete the machining. That took a while but when they came back in June, I was informed that one of the 80% lowers had only been 60% complete at M1. The hole for the magazine catch and the entire bolt catch machining had not been done. The other four are complete and going together fine. I tried contacting M1 and after three tries, on June 30th they sent an E-Mail stating that my complaint would be looked at ASAP. It's July 20th and no one has even attempted to contact me and all I ever get from continued calling is "Leave a Message".

Talked with the owner, James 3/13/17 as a 5 for 4 offer had come out shortly after I ordered 3 80%. James said he would honor the new offer. James asked that I email him directly with the new order number so that he could add the extra lower. I ordered 1 80% caracote for 100$, sent James the info and was shipped 1 (one) 80% lower. I contacted James immediately and he said he would take care of it. That was almost 2 months ago. Multiple un answered phone calls and emails. I feel like he cheated me into buying another lower.
There are a lot of other companies that want your business and respect their customer.

I ordered a 5-pack on March 11. Generally, they say to expect 3-5 days for processing orders. No progress was made for three weeks. I called around March 31 to check on the status, finally got a call-back explaining the delay (backlog due to the high demand for Cerakoting, they said).
James Hampton, the CEO, called me to explain the backlog and promised that that Monday (April 3), he'd be sure to send my package out.
I received no contact on April 3. On April 4, I got an email from Stamps/USPS website saying that James Hampton had shipped a package to me, with a tracking number included. I clicked on the tracking number, the page it led me to said "April 4, 2017 PRE-SHIPMENT INFO SENT TO USPS, USPS AWAITING ITEM".
It's April 10 now. The tracking information still says "April 4, 2017 PRE-SHIPMENT INFO SENT TO USPS, USPS AWAITING ITEM".
To me, this feels like the CEO went out of his way to lie to and mislead me. Unsatisfactory performance and not what I'd expect from a USMC veteran.
