I ordered something from sams, paid to have someone meet me on the day they said they would come. Never came, no one could get a hold of them , they blocked a handicap entrance . Happened three times. This has been the WORST shipping. Any money i saved was eaten up paying someone to wait here rie deliveries that never cane when they said it would. why do big companies even use them? They are not up to par to be working with large companies. They are now called Maersk but look up pilot reviews on google and yelp and its clear it's just a rebrand to get away from all the bad reviews. Its been probably the worst shipping experience i have ever had. I feel like i had to rely on luck and try to guess when they would arrive. I wastedSo much money taking off work and hiring others because of the lack of / wrong communication. Don"t even bother calling the local office no one will answer. The only nice thing i can say is that when you got to the main number the customer service ladies were sweet but even they knew how bad the Houston office was!

I ordered a generator on 11/5/23. Today is 12/5/23 and the generator is still at the shipping origin. It has not left the warehouse and no one is doing anything about it. I paid $135 to have this shipped and it hasn’t moved an inch. Absolutely ridiculous! Your tracking services are terrible as well as it shows the product “should” be in the destination city but it hasn’t moved.

Waiting to have a delivery of some furniture brought to me. For 5 days straight they message me saying the delivery will be brought today then they say no one was home. I have security cameras at the house no one has ever showed up. I’ve had multiple drivers on the phone saying they are 30 min out from my house and never show up. Had one call me say he doesn’t know what is going on with my delivery schedules for 9am the next day and doesn’t show up either. Terrible company to work with.

This is the worst shipping line I have ever delt with. I have 2 containers that I have been trying to retrieve for a week now and paid demurrage multiple times even providing proof of payment to them I can not get these cleared to pick up. I have spent hours on hold only to get hung up on. I have a customer that is very aggravated about this,and is asking me for compensation. We have an email chain that details everything that we have went through trying to get this resolved, and they rarely ever answer. Pulling a container from port should not be this difficult.

We give Maersk a significant amount of business. However, we were told our company was too small for them to provide us a sales rep. They are only for their better accounts. We have lots of issues that go unresolved due to us being an unassigned account. We get told to resolve issues, speak to our sales rep! We have tried via phone and email to speak to a manager or even a VP. Our requests go unanswered. Maersk is a large company that in our experience, does not provide the customer with an empathetic approach and provides little assistance to resolving the challenges you face. You get fobbed off and fall into a dark hole of frustration. At times, you have to second guess them or try a telepathic approach even though you are the customer. Maersk is simply not available to the customer! I do hope Maersk can change my opinion. For that, we will have to wait and see.

A great place. People are friendly. I'm usually in and out bc I clean their fryers but the experience that I've had was great!!!!!!
