Took my 10yr old son for a massage to help with his activities. Very professional service and he enjoyed it. Parents have to be in the room with minors.

Scheduling and staff. My wife makes a massage appointment every week and this facility has failed to honor that appointment with a massage therapist. No offer to schedule a massage at a later time that day or rectify the bad experience. Best they offer is a facial? Seems like there's only one massage therapist on staff who always calls in especially on Saturday or Friday.Probably shouldn't keep staff around if they continue to call in sick and management doesn't do anything about it so both parties are at fault.This is for the Indian springs and Magnolia locations.

My son lives more than 1 hour now from nearest Massage Envy. He has lived 3-4 hours from nearest one. He moves with his job and may soon be 2-3 hours from nearest ME.We bought membership when we had 3 within five miles of us in Houston, Texas area.We’d like to transfer his unused sessions to me, also a member with my credit card paying his monthly feeOur base Massage Envy says “no”Some locations will do this for members who live far from a Massage Envy.

A fast food restarurant is fast food restaurant. If they follow their rules they'll do fine. I've been coming to this restaurant for years and their main problem is understaffed which is reflected on the speed of service (I have walked out before because it was taking too long). Overall I give it a 4 because of their consistently good customer service, yes, I am a regular so that might have something to do with it, but my comments are from my overall experience.

What started out to be a sweet as Candy relationship with ME, ended up being a rotten egg.My account which I opened this year, shortly before COVID has been suspended since March. For the last 3 weeks, I have been receiving text messages stating that ME was having a small problem with my account and I needed to contact them. I called them behind each text message, requested to cancel the account because:1) my bank card has been updated and they were trying to get payment information when there was no service rendered since March......go figure2) COVID 19 is a beast....As we all know!3) Poor Quality of customer service....I waited 4 weeks for a cancellation form after receiving 3 text messages, placing 3 calls and giving my email each times.Today 12/21/20, I called, spoke with the morning manager on duty (Kasey) whom was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, to inform that I had not received a cancellation form email. Kasey literally told me that she had completed the cancellation form for me. Not without my consent/authorization. I GUARANTEE you that before it was over, I received the email to complete and sign my own cancellation form without forgery. I know my RIGHTS.

If you want a place that's just out for your money and all about taking yours, then this is the place to sign up! Would not recommend this location to anyone. They ruin the brand name and make all other branches suffer for their lack of care for the client.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff and I love my masseuse Nora! She's so sweet and amazing at what she does. She didn't make me talk a lot and didn't make me uncomfortable at all. I went in with a headache and it disappeared very quickly! Also just had Georgina as a masseuse after a car accident and she was very careful and and helped calm me down and ease some pain I was having. Very great.
