First time my wife and I ever went to purchase a good long lasting mattress. We didn’t really know what to look for or what was considered good or bad. Mike from the 25403 Spring location helped us out in the store. He was super helpful and really great to work with! It was very refreshing to walk in and be greeted by a sales rep who wasn’t pushy at all, super informative and made the whole process easy and relaxed. He was able to recommend a great mattress that fit our budget. Would recommend this location and Mike to anyone looking for a new mattress!

We went to the Spring store on Saturday just to look around and ended up getting impeccable service from Ashley. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and explained in detail what we should be looking for in the right mattress. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because she deserves the recognition.

I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm on Wood Park, thanks to Michael L. He helped us choose a new Tempur-Pedic mattress, and his service was top-tier from start to finish.
Michael L is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely honest. What I appreciated most is that he explains everything from a regular person’s perspective, not a pushy salesperson trying to upsell. He gave us clear, straightforward answers about every product we asked about.
What really stood out was how attentive he was with my pregnant wife. He took the time to answer all her questions, made sure she was comfortable, and explained everything she needed to know to make the right choice.
Overall, we left feeling very satisfied with both the mattress and the service. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping you find the right product, ask for Michael. Highly recommend!

We visited another Mattress Firm location in Huntsville, TX, but had a disappointing experience with the sales representative, so we decided to leave. We then stopped by Ashley Furniture, but felt overwhelmed by how many people kept approaching us. We just wanted some space to browse without feeling pressured, so we left there as well.
Fortunately, we noticed another Mattress Firm nearby and decided to give it a try—and we’re so glad we did! Courtney P. welcomed us warmly and simply said, “Feel free to look around, and if you need anything, I’m here to help.” That made all the difference for us. We genuinely just wanted to browse, and she gave us the freedom to do that without pressure.
We hadn’t planned on buying a mattress and bed frame that day, but Courtney made us feel comfortable, valued, and respected as customers. Her customer service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and effortless. We truly enjoyed doing business with her and will definitely be recommending her to others. She absolutely deserves a raise!
Update on the delivery!
I received my mattress and adjustable base today from Mattress Firm, and I have to say—this was the best delivery experience I’ve ever had! From the moment they arrived, the team provided true white-glove service. Ruben Martinez and his partner were not only friendly and respectful but also incredibly knowledgeable about the products. They treated our home with care, as if it were their own, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. I truly felt valued as a customer, and the level of respect and professionalism they showed was outstanding. I’ll definitely be returning to do business with them again!
