Just got my outlet mattress delivered on Oct 12th and yesterday Oct 14TH when I was getting my mattress ready with a waterproof cover I noticed a hole on the mattress.PLEASE DOUBLE INSPECT YOUR MATTRESS BECAUSE THEY SELL MATTRESSES IN BAD CONDITIONS AND THE WORST PART THE WARRANTY WONT COVER ANYTHING. ITS WORSTLESS!!! YOU MUST CHECK YOUR MATTRESS BEFORE THE DELIVERY GUY LEFT YOUR PLACE IF YOU DONT, MATTRESS FIRM WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU OUT. SADLY!!!
I checked the hole today (15th) and it’s getting bigger.

Please give five stars and a great job done to the sales rep Jill at the store in Spring, Texas on I 45. She was absolutely wonderful. I happen to be disabled and she worked with me and every possible way to meet my needs. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit Jill, the way she treated me with respect and dignity. She was articulate knowledgeable and worked with me to find the best deal once again five stars to Jill and let her know from Martin that she was wonderful and deserves a congratulations. Great job.
