Writing this review from my brand new Samsung tablet that I got from this store for an amazing deal. The store lives up to my expectations and my experience here was pleasant, just like the rest of the good reviews on here.

This business engages in extremely immoral and potentially unlawful behavior. Through his staff, Azlaan Rehman, the owner, is using clients' credit card details without the necessary permission. An employee told me flat out that Azlaan had told him to handle customer cards in this manner.
In addition to being a grave betrayal of trust, this conduct poses a threat to the financial security of clients. I implore the corporate office of Metro by T-Mobile and the marketing CEO to launch an immediate inquiry and act because this store uses the Metro by T-Mobile moniker. Transparency and protection—not deception and abuse—are what clients deserve.

No one here on time ever.Also when you do speak to them they are so depressed like cheer up you could be doing worse jobs they are a holes and I've seen several guys here no one lasts

The staff was not very knowlegeable about either their phones or the technology behind their own service. I understand they are there to sell, but if you are going to sell something know what you are selling or in the very least try to find out.
