Been with them for several years and salesman tried to oversell his “upgrade” phone stating I could have a better discount if I want a new phone number, which I don’t. In addition, he then told my my own phone is worth 5$ so why was I paying extra each month for insurance? Then asked me to see if I like a more affordable option and after I decided if I liked it he’d see if he has it in stock. What, WHAT? He sales himself right out of a loyal customer. Guess what, kept my number, got a better and less expensive plan and a GREAT DEAL ON A 2025 phone. Seya

Hi Google, nd to all Google users Me, my bby mother nd our kid went to this location with the intention of purchasing wifi for our house No intention of buying anything else, however I needed a new phone Once inside, a worked named Ali (great guy great customer service) greeted us nd said give him a minute
Our child is a handful, full of energy waiting to get into everything nd jst explore the world As much as it's a pain sometimes, wouldn't trade it for anything in this world Anyway, Ali finally got to us Got me a great deal on the Samsung Galaxy A15, got us the wifi nd threw in some other deals for a decent price Nd was so patient, interacted with our kid ALL while helping two other parties of customers (who also had their kids/ Our kid played with them nd it was amazing to watch all this go on while being helped/Luv ppl who can multitask)
Sorry for the wait Ali, if you ever read or get this Been so busy since we moved Anyways, thank you soooo much for everything Ur the best man

Don’t go here!! THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR PLAN WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION! I was on the $25 bring your own device plan for years. I went in a few weeks ago to buy a new phone. I repeatedly told the rep I didn’t want my plan changed because it was so affordable. He assured me my plan wouldn’t be changed and I would get 50% off the phone because I was a customer for so long… Turns out the 50% off the phone was because he changed me to a $75 plan, he also added insurance without asking. I was totally fine with paying full price for the phone, as long as my plan wasn’t changed! I noticed my plan was changed later that day so I went back to the store. The rep told me I had to wait 24 hours to get it changed back, I came back the next day. I was then told I had to wait one week to get changed back to the $25 plan. I came back a week later, then I was told they no longer offered the $25 so I couldn’t get it changed back. I was explaining how the rep changed my plan without my permission. I was then told I could change my plan one day before my bill was due. At this point I knew they were telling me anything to get me out the store because if they couldn’t change it then why would they be able to change it one day before my bill was due? I ended up calling customer service, they still couldn’t change my plan back to the $25 plan because they no longer offer it. I’m seriously considering taking legal action, I specifically told the rep I DID NOT WANT MY PLAN CHANGED. He didn’t care. All they care about here is making a bigger commission, they don’t care about their customers!

This store scams and steals. I was charged $140 for service not given. Added insurance and plan not asked for. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I am disappointed that you would take advantage of handicapped.

The customer service is now terrible. I went to change my cell phone and it turns out that the lady added two new lines to me and to make matters worse, my old cell phones are still working and none of them have been changed. They have already changed three times. What am I going to do? Maybe they are going to pay for my gas. it doesn't deserve any stars
