The worker, named Faroq, absolutely scammed me.
He made me changed my plan to T-Mobile from metro pcs to save 25 dollars (which was a total lie) T-Mobile plan ended up being more expensive.
He promised me a free 5th plan (which was again a total lie)
He also said I’ll have 5g data roaming for over 70 countries( after transferring I found out I will only have 2g slow data roaming for
ONLY Mexico and Canada.
That’s not even over.. he made me come back the first of the month just so he can get a commission for the sales he made..
He is totally a lier and shameless for the dishonest work he does.
Avoid that store at all cost

Manager is a joke Alffedo sold me a messed up “new”phone does not work anywhere. Have no service anywhere can’t log into any apps paid 160 for new phone he had offered me telling me it’s the “best” worst idea ever went back up there he tried to resell me another 100$phone or change my number and laughed in my face after expressing my concern what a joke this company is never again 0:0 worst customer service ever !!!!!!!
