When you drop off your vehicle and explain the trouble they will explain things to you where you can understand if you get confused. When they call you about your vehicle they explain what they find and recommend anything else they notice. They take care of you. I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and would recommend.

Was extremely pleased with the speed of resolution a communication from Milstead. Jim Lucker was very helpful and the team got me back up and running in a few days where the dealership wanted 1 week for diagnosis alone. Price was very fair as well. Definitely recommend and will be using Milstead for all my future repairs.

Today I had my truck towed by David. He was so pleasant and professional. He called me and updated me with his arrival time.He also confirmed all the information he received from my insurance company was correct. This is the second time we used their services and both times were great. The high level of service provided was incredible 👏🏾
