Mimi understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She was the only professional baker I spoke with that knew the dessert I wanted made, and she pulled it off deliciously! Ok, my boss has brought me 2 desserts from this place recently (the dulce de leche cheesecake, and some coconut cream pie), and they have both been SO. GOOD. I have yet to actually come here, but I can testify that the desserts are to die for, and I'll definitely be a customer here very soon!
