I came to this MinuteClinic at CVS off Cypresswood and Aldine Westfield on 01/26/24 Friday evening to get a simple TB skin test done for work. It was actually my first time ever going to a MinuteClinic. The NP Leni Fisher who did my test was so nice and helpful. She's very personable, kind, and great at her job. It was at the end of a not so great day, and Ms. Leni Fisher really did brighten it.

leni NP & anna RN were accommodating and very comforting, loved them. i scheduled my visit the night before & was seen within 10 minutes of arriving.

Incompetent. Prescription instructions were incorrectly written so pharmacy would not fill it. Zero service in getting the problem resolved.

this pharmacy is f-up ! told me to sit down and wait. ok i waited for 30 minutes and nobody ever called me so i talked to the person again. 1 medication is ready and said the other is cancelled by doc. why didn't you tell me but let me sat in the chill while i was so sick already?! I spent bloody 2 hours there for dr + med, ridiculous and inhuman!

You might have to wait a bit past your schedule appointment but they are very friendly and once you are seen it's super quick.

My kids need to catch up on their vaccines. During COVID, getting anything besides a COVID vaccine was unavailable.My wife took my son to get caught up on his vaccines, and the nurse practitioner essentially called my wife a liar. She would not give my son his MMR because we didn't have a copy of his vaccine record.There is no MMR on his IMMtrac2 record; he has not seen his pediatrician since he was six months old (due to office restrictions during COVID). MMR is a vaccine given at 12 months.Thanks for being cautious, but when an informed parent provides trackable details, telling them you don't believe them is insulting. Consider me insulted.

I have been waiting for over an hour. I have strep. I could have gone to the doctor but they won't see me. I thought this would be a good alternative. Thus place is incredibly poorly run. Open rooms but no one being taken back.

Worst experience ever, ive been trying to just update a prescription. Had to schedule twice and still no service. Just go to another one this place sucks!

I cannot speak positively enough about Dr. Leni Fisher and Dr. Hillary. Both ladies were SO kind and went above and beyond to see me despite them being fully booked with appointments (I didn’t have one). Thank you both so much.

Ever since COVID this place is the worst. Can't get an appointment for days. They require EVERYONE to have an "official" COVID test within 24 hours of your visit. Spring then 3 negatives in the last week, one PCR within 30 hours is not good enough. They just want to charge your insurance for a COVID test no matter what. They ignore you completely until your COVID test is done, instead of, I don't know, performing an exam, getting vitals? Anything, except wasting both of our time for the COVID test to come back NEGATIVE, surprise, surprise. Then they tell me the test isn't accurate for OMICRON. Not true. Then they won't give me a note for any day except today, even though I made the appt 2 days ago. When I expressed my frustration, they told me to sit in the lobby. What was the point in coming in?
