Had a wonderful provider visit with Dr. Ujoatu. I did not have to wait long at all which is a huge plus. The clinic area was quiet and clean. Usually my anxiety is through the roof so I avoid PCP visits but she was helpful, understanding, listened to my concerns, nonjudgmental, knowledgeable and very calm and caring.

I got there as a walk in at 8:30am. Estimated wait time was 40min. An hour and a half later the “dr” came out and said she couldn’t see me at all today because she was behind. (She showed up 15 minutes past opening). While waiting she was coming in and out of the room wearing the same pair of gloves touching everything. Documents, computer, keys, door knobs. She looked disheveled and was not wearing the normal attire so I wasnt Even sure she was the Dr until she came and addressed me. Ridiculous.

CVS Minute Clinic is my first choice for when i need help with non-emergency care. Scheduling is easy and convenient in the CVS Health app. Visit cost is affordable. I don't have insurance and, so far, each visit only cost me $139. The RN I've seen is caring and professional with very good communication skills.

I was pleased with every aspect of my appointment - easy scheduling, seen at appointment time, treated respectfully and professionally by Nurse Practitioner, and given a prescription for my diagnosed illness. I'm grateful these type of mini-clinics exist and would return to this one again if necessary.

I had a horrible experience at that med clinic off of 2920 she only tested me for the flu and told me it came back negative and said I just had a virus. My husband asked what type of virus she told me and him, she did not know and my husband asked, can you test to see what type of virus and she stated; They don’t do extensive research there for that but you told me what type of medication to take for a virus you couldn’t tell me what type of virus.But you only tested me for the flu make it make sense. She was very nonchalant. Didn’t really wanna answer my questions or my husband’s questions was not friendly. I do not recommend you’re better off going to the emergency room to get answers and I’m still sick I don’t know really what I have. But I will be going to my regular doctor to find out.

The Doc I saw here today was phenomenal. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Communication was efficient and her demeanor was pleasant and professional. She made sure to take time reviewing all information and provided ample time for me to ask clarifying questions. Thanks again.

Don’t come here. They do not want to help.Nobody here. Employees looked bored. Wouldn’t see me because I didn’t have an appointment . No one else in the building.
