I switched to this nail salon maybe 9 months ago and never had a problem. However I went yesterday for an eyebrow wax and it was the worst experience. The woman was in the middle of a pedicure and took a break to wax my eyebrows. I watched her rinse her hands off with water only for about 3 seconds so I asked, kindly, if she can wash her hands with soap since she’s about to touch my face. She did but afterwards had an attitude, which should have been my sign to leave. The woman waxed my eyebrows well under the eyebrow hair zone and now I have two burn marks literally on my eyelid. I see why this place never has anyone there and has the bad reviews that it has!

Very friendly atmosphere and relaxing but my pedicure has to be the worst I ever got. My nails have been cut to the meat on my toe nails. I normally have square nails as I came in . I’m not sure what’s going on the corners of them are sore. I’m really particularly about my m nails but I paid $70 for me to be back home cleaning them and applying neosporin every 4 hours. So that they don’t get infected.

I am not pleased with the service here I asked for a manicure with shellac on my real nails I got this done on Wednesday and by Friday night the polish was off completely this should’ve last me at least two weeks and instead it only last me two days. It was a waste of $45. I will never come back to this location.

I posted the picture I showed to the tech and the results! Lynn is phenomenal! This was my first time and I was a little reserved on whether I would get the results I was asking for. She exceeded my expectations! This will now be the only nail salon I go to!!

We’ve been so pleased with every service we’ve received at Mod Nails. My daughter and I both have visited multiple times in the past couple months and have really been delighted with the care and attention to detail. All of the techs have taken extra care to assure we received exactly what we asked for, and they are so gentle! No cuts, no ingrown nails afterwards from improper cuticle trims etc.. the salon is clean and organized—and all of the staff are so very friendly. Photo is almost a full 2 weeks after shellac manicure—polish still looks great! Thanks for taking such great care of us! (Tamara and Marley)

My response to the owner: you 1. Never mentioned anything about the receipt had you done that I would have given it to you. 2. I explained the card had $65 and what your exact words were, without the system I have no way of verifying the card and that the previous owner never mentioned anything to you about gift cards in fact you threw your hands in the air and just shrugged your shoulders and 3. You offered me $20 towards the pedicure not half of the balance as you mentioned below. Thank you for the offer but I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Tried getting a pedicure with a gift card I purchased earlier in the year but now a new owner took over and they refused the gift card. You would think as a new business they would want to retain the customers but they don’t, I just know I won’t be coming back.

My mom is fascinated with this nails salon. It’s by far the best place to get your nails done. The place is super clean and no matter what language you speak, they figure out how to get the things done. Great service and the price is worthy!

This is definitely my new go to spot! The service is always impeccable! They serve wine and things if you'd like that.. but let me tell you about Ivy My Nail Tech if she can make my ugly feet look pretty she is a magician! Definitely five star service!

New ownership in the last 2months. They treat you nice and appreciate and listen to what you want. I only did a basic pedicure to test out the atmosphere. I am glad I tried them back out. Nice massage and pedicure. They are in such a great location. Much nicer than the last owners a while back. I will update review with next service.

I’ve been here way too many times for this to be how long it took me to do a review for these guys. I told Locke to make the design look like a sweater and I think he hit the nail on the head! If you’re not sure if you should come here, I will be sure for you. Just do it!
By the way, there has been some new stuff if you haven’t been in a while. The walls are a different color and look great. There’s new little pillows on the chairs to match. The menu has had a make over as well and the place is looking as awesome as the nails and services that they do!

My daughter and I came for full set today and the service was absolutely amazing. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere, very sweet nail techs & great attention to detail. You don't feel like they're sitting there talking about you in their language either, they're full of conversation with their client in front of them.
Will definitely continue to come here!!
