Pharmacy seems to always have a long line, both inside and drive through. Simply picking up medications is such a chore and never quick.

Twice they have been out of the medication I needed and twice the communication was delayed for hours. Twice I was left without medication I really needed. No one reaches out everyone seems beat down and overwhelmed CVS get these people some help it's direct affect is on the patients you serve! Terribly disappointed

This pharmacy is horrible. You are in line and the wait is so long and they close the window for lunch claiming you got in line at 1:32 not at 1:30 so now you have to wait till they reopen. Which was not true. They are extremely rude!

We're transferring our scripts to HEB. Horrible customer service. We've been trying to pick up an antibiotic for our baby and every time we go they keep telling us it will be 30 more minutes. It's been almost 2 hours now and they just said it'll be 30 more minutes, but they're going to close for lunch soon. We tried to explain to the girl that we've been here multiple times today for this antibiotic and she turned her back to us and walked away without saying anything. Save your time and your stress and go somewhere else.

The worst customer service. Sat at the drive up and watched cats in the other lane get helped out while they completely ignored me. This is not the first time this has happened. Why have two lanes opened if you are not going to help help out both lanes. Also showed up at 1:20 and waited in line..got to the drive up window at 1:29 to be told that they were closed for lunch. Will be transferring all my RX somewhere else.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to and used. Every single time I go through the drive thru I am waiting in line for over 20-30 minutes, I get to window, they tell me I have to wait 15 more minutes because it's not ready... and then have to get out of the line... and they tell me I have to come inside!!! After waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. I called it in over 6 hours ago! What a waste of my time. I understand they are busy and have other people to serve but this is ridiculous. Every time I leave here I leave pissed off. Going to be switching to a different location because I can't handle the unprofessionalism and lack of care this location has.

I have been using cvs for almost 20 years. Not this specific one, but this is the first time I have ever considered going elsewhere. Every time I go here, they are rude. Disrespectful, and no manners. Almost like I am being a burden. I called today to ask a question. 1 question. And before I even got all of it out, she interrupted me with an answer & then hung up!!! I am in awe. Makes me sad that it's "ok" to treat people like this.

I'm going out of town tomorrow and I came to pick up my medicine that I had already called in and they said it would be ready in an hour. An hour later I show up and they said "oh yah we completely ran out of your medicine sorry" ... I'm sorry WHAT???? You didn't even call me and tell me so I can try and figure something else out??? Then she said, "well, we can have it here by Monday." It's Friday.. ok no. Not going to work. So then they said the only one who has it is on Grogan's Mill. Then I asked if she could call it in and get it ready for me and she kept cutting me off and acting like I was being needy for asking that question?? Excuse me YOURE the one who doesn't have my stuff right. So now I have to wait another hour to get my medicine and drive far. This CVS is horrible

I went in today to get some prescriptions yesterday and I was helped by the nicest employee ever. Maha needs to be worshipped. She looks like she does everything at work while everyone else just sits back and watch's her do everything.

I've moved around quite a bit and had to change pharmacies many times because of that. I am so happy I moved back within a 20 min drive of this Cvs. Allwell, the main pharmacist, is so knowledgeable and efficient. He is a wealth of information about prescriptions and often gives better advice on taking medications than my doctor. Whenever I have had problems with prescriptions, I've seen the techs call insurance multiple times to do everything they can to fix it. And they try multiple coupons to get the best price for you if insurance won't cover something. Knowledgeable and diligent staff. I'd definitely recommend them.

I am staying with my son's family during Hurricane Harvey. Without exception, the people and businesses I have encountered during this disaster have been amazing, EXCEPT CVS. My young granddaughter has a bad cough, and a bronchial infection. Her doctor prescribed medication, and conveyed the info to my son's pharmacy. When we went to CVS to pick up this much needed medication, a sign in the window stated that they're closed because of the storm. To be clear, this was midday Saturday, the first day, long before all the flooding. CVS abandoned their customers. All of the adjacent businesses were open, including the hamburger joint, the gas station, Walmart, etc. And, those businesses remained open during the entire ordeal. There was never any flooding at this location. CVS management decided to lock their doors, literally when they were needed most.

The lack of response from some of the pharmacists is shocking. I have had my refilled scheduled for pick up more than once and it wasn't even ready. The staff is not the friendliest or most helpful to work with. It's been and I'm going issues since they opened. Not impressed with this location.
