I do understand that sometimes you system go down and other issues that you can’t accept Cards but on a Friday night they only accepting Cards no cash makes no sense or dollars I took my 65 dollars across the street to other convenient store whoever running this place isn’t doing a very good job

When I pulled up to get gas, I was going to go in the store but they had a sign up that they would be right back. I figured that the cashier had to go to the restroom. No biggie. Finished pumping and the sign was still up. Cashier was inside stocking the shelves and didn't want to be bothered by customers.
7/17/25 - Went to gas up this morning and the store was closed. They say they open at 04:30, but obviously not.

I went inside to buy a snack and as soon as I walked in it smelled like pungent pee. I was thinking maybe it was because I was by the front door but as I walked to the cashiers with my purchase, it got worse. Disgusting.

Stopped by for gas and coffee.
After making my coffee I walked to check out, I stood there for 52 seconds watching the cashier play or text on her phone before acknowledging me standing there.
Store was clean but customer service was poor and I took my business across the road where I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and as soon as I stepped up to check out.
Customer service is not optional!

The cashiers DO NOT know how to reset the pumps so you are constantly having to go inside. Inconvenient for vulnerable people with kids or disabilities.

I don’t usually write reviews on a gas station…. because it’s a gas station. But this morning I stopped here because the website said it opens at 4:30 am, it was 4:30, so I pull up and it doesn’t look open, but I see the lady behind the counter. So I call and get sent to voicemail, call again, (3xlater) she answers and said the open at 5. So I just waited in the parking lot. When they do open, I go in, she says nothing to me, I get what I get, and approach the counter only to be ignored. I realize I need my phone, for the discount on cigarettes, go to my car, go back in, she still says nothing to me. I ask question, she tells me to go look, I mean already did and didn’t see them, so just curious if you sell them, and she shrugs her shoulders and says idk. So I’m at the counter and a man walks in, and she goes out of her way to yell over my shoulder, Good Morning, welcome in… I mean seriously, I could’ve gone somewhere else and not have some fugly B put in an odd mood.. not a bad mood, I’m used to fuglys treating me some type of way, not usually when their at work tho! Hope your nasty attitude changes. Idk id be mad too if I worked at a gas station!
