Have been coming here for years with no issues. Everything today was going as great as normal until it came down to the time to pay. I was told a total that seemed a bit high, but handed over my card nonetheless. Before signing the receipt, I took a moment to look at the itemized bill and noted a discrepancy that had me paying more than $100 more than what I should be. After some time, I was approached by the assistant manager and the problem was corrected. I suggested that, from a customer service standpoint, it would be wise to review the itemized bill with the client prior to payment. The suggestion was so flippantly dismissed that it makes me wonder how many people have overpaid for products and services. Be sure to request your itemized bill prior to payment. Otherwise, top notch clinical service as always.

My check out Queen and check in Queen🏆 yesssss they got me together beautifully 💫with the proper eye wear Meta glasses and was very patient with me and my decision on the frames. I love it at MyEyeDr. Thank you all so much very professional 😘

Great overall experience- office was clean, and spacious. Front desk lady was very polite! The nurse Tiffany was great, such a kind person, positive attitude, the Doctor was amazing.
So pleased with our overall experience.

Highly recommend My Eye Dr Spring location! Came in for an eye exam with my husband today and left very pleased. Everyone was very friendly and professional during my entire visit from start to finish. Dr Nelson was very helpful and took her time with me. I’ve worked in this industry and I am familiar with the way patients should be treated, and this office is great!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated.
However, I faced an issue with the lenses they provided. Despite their efforts, it took 3 attempts to receive lenses without defects. Unfortunately, each time, the lenses had internal scratches that couldn’t be resolved with cleaning, indicating a problem beyond the surface. This pointed to concerns with their quality control. In the end, I asked for refund, and they issued a refund as they were unable to resolve the issue. One month of my time got wasted just because of this.

Schedule an online appointment and then received a call stating the insurance didn't go through. I suggested that they call they insurance because I already spoke to them. The employee then told me I would have to have an actual card or go to another location. Schedule an appt with the humble office and the young lady was able to process the insurance without any issues. It was so easy for the spring location to turn away a customer instead of trying to troubleshoot the problem. There was no issue with the insurance just the employee lack of insurance knowledge. As a result had to drive to a further location for good customer service.
