If I can give zero starts, I would!! I'm so gross out! 1st time trying this place and upon taking my nail polish off I notice my toe.. never in my life had to do a bad review but grossness!!! Do they really sterilize their tools??

Don't go to this nail show if you're black. I walk in on a Friday day it's 4:40. It's two people working and and it's only lady waiting to get her nails done. I sit down and they tell me 2 people are coming later for an appointment so I can't get service. I told them it's okay I'll wait and they said no it's okay. You can go. All I did was sit down and look at the menu. Nothing else. Definitely won't be going back to get my nails done.

I live in New York now and I still almost exclusively get my nails done here. The ladies are so nice and always remember me and make conversation when I come in. They do a fantastic job at my almond shaped french tips and focus on the details. Highly recommend checking out this place!

Let's talk about disgusting. I come in for a pedicure and requesting pricing for pedi with gel polish. I'm quoted $25 + $10 fine no worries. Not really busy. First time here so im checking out the place and it's not immaculately clean but not inherently dirty. So I proceed to sit down and put feet in bowl and attendant brings out her gear to do the pedicure. I notice her pumice stone is used and all tools look dirty. So I ask for a new/unused pumice stone and I'm told I can buy one. Okay what's the cost $5. No problem. I say that's fine I'm not for you using a used pumice stone on my feet. I'm then told I can go ( as in I can leave). All because you want to do unsanitary ish at a salon. I'll gladly take my coins elsewhere. That is disgusting and I'm not going to pay for you to give me an infection. Would not recommend!!! Ladies do not allow these salons to use those used items on you!!!

Very disrespectful experience this week. I walked in the shop after opening hours, there were 2 customers being serviced and 3 employees there. I was greeted with “We busy you come back later “. I said I’ll wait. “ We busy, we busy, you come back later “. Horrible rude service. I will NEVER go back. I will never tolerate disrespect and rudeness. They deserve - star rating. Horrible!

they did not give me anything what i asked for. they're so hideous I CRIED. the women doing my nails made me bleed and laughed when i said i was in pain. i don't know what went wrong but these are the most hideous nails i've ever gotten.
