DO NOT GO HERE. Vanessa's attitude is SO unprofessional... This woman misleads people into thinking she will do a service "FREE OF CHARGE" (verbatim) but then surprises you with a booking fee. I respectfully mentioned that her advertisement is misleading and it saddened me when she said "$15 and ur out here bitching? Be foreal You dont like it, scroll thru. Bye!" (verbatim). How can you say that to a potential client? It really hurt my feelings. This is the kind of service and attitude that you can expect at Nails of America Indian Springs. I imagine that's just the tip of the iceberg. Don't want anyone at this place anywhere near my nails or eyes. She said she charges the booking fee to prevent no-shows because (and I quote) "that's disrespectful to our time"...I get it...no-shows are frustrating and a waste of time. But for someone that finds it disrespectful to waste someone's time, she surely wasted mine and the others that saw her seemingly intentionally misleading advertisement. (It seems intentional based on how defensive and unprofessional she acted towards me.) I offer many free services in my business but I'm always transparent about FEES and CHARGES up front, so as to not waste my OR my prospective client's time. I don't advertise "FREE OF CHARGE" and then say, "Surprise! Here's the fee!", nevertheless curse at a client for being surprised. Like I said to Vanessa, what you're offering is a great deal but respectfully, you'd save a lot of people's time if you mention the charge/fee. Believe it or not, not everyone is fortunate enough or in the position to spend $15 to pamper themselves and many would jump at the opportunity for a free service.

Quality of the nail products are low. They will fix breaks and chips in the polish but will chastise you for "working" or typing too hard- using old product from another salon. Will not be going back

I’ve been to so many nail salons, nothing compares to this one! Quite literally the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have been seeing Nancy and she always pays extra attention to details and makes sure my nails are perfect, I never feel rushed out. Front desk is always such a warm welcome as well. You will not regret coming here! Also these are my real nails, they have never looked so good

I have a hearing disability and was publicly mocked and told to "read my lips" in an attempt to tell me to "listen" as if my ears work.

I appreciated them accommodating a walk-in appointment on a weekday, and overall the service was great… However, I mentioned several times that I wanted my nails and toes to match and even had picked out a regular polish for my toes to match the dip color, but the technician insisted that they came together as a set, and that she would get the same number for both… As you can tell from the picture, my toes are definitely and, in my opinion, obnoxious, hot/neon, pink, and hands are a much calmer, summery, purpleish pink… not a Huge deal and definitely a first world problem, but when you’re paying close to $100 for nails it kind of be nice to get what you wanted.
