This nail shop RUINED my very healthy, strong finger nails. I asked to have shellac removed and the nail tech used the dremel tool to file my nails down to paper thin. My nails will probably take a year to recover. Worst experience ever.

It was just ok. Not good not bad just Mid. Probably won’t come back. It’s so hard to find good nail salons anymore.

I’ve gotten my nails done at this location numerous times, and I always love the outcome! I usually get builder gel French tips with a design. I always feel included and have never felt discriminated against because of my skin tone. The staff is very friendly and keeps clients informed about wait times. I highly recommend coming here! I also want to add how kind the receptionist are!

If you're thinking of going here, I would advise against it. They overcharge based on your skin tone and keep you waiting for long hours, treating you poorly. Spend your money where you feel welcomed and valued, because it's not here. I'm just trying to save you from an embarrassing experience.

It started off good but then the service became very poorly done. It’s like if you don’t get one of the few great techs (Ken, Jenny, Tricia) then it’s a 50/50 chance you will be satisfied with the service. I previously went for a full set/pedi etc and the tech who worked on my pedi did a horrible job and i mean horrible, I’m assuming the owner or manager tried to rectify the problem by trying to even out the shape of my toes when she made it worst. I was so frustrated i didn’t even get my nails nor eyebrows done. I paid $58 for a terrible job, the shellac polish is lumpy on my toes and just for shellac it was an additional $18, they are not filed evenly and i still have so much callus on my heels when i paid the extra $5 to have the callus removed since it doesn’t come with the original classic pedicure. I will not be back again. I only went to this location due to the convenience for me having my job right across the street. Unfortunately convenience is not always a good thing!

Owner is completely unprofessional. I had an appointment and was let to sit there for 15 minutes before being told it would be 15 more. This was known when I walked in and they knew I made my appointment for this time becausei had to be to work after. I had made the appointment only hours before. She proceeded to talk under her breath and judge my nails design. She seemed more inconvenienced by the fact that she had to help me now rather they worried about talking care of the guest. Will not be back.

I love this place!!! They always do a great job and everyone is so friendly. It took me trying several other places before finding Nails of America and now I don’t go anywhere else.

They like to upcharge. Be very specific with what you're for. I wanted a simple shellac French manicure. The tech choose polish that was glow in the dark without my knowledge upcharge ($$) and chose more expensive polish for my friend upcharge ($$). That was my first visit. I decided to give them another try and that was my last visit. Ever.
I asked about nails. Let me remind you all that I came for a shellac French manicure. I asked about dip nails because I wanted to know if it was “less-stress” on my nail beds. The tech was insistent on doing this on me. I told him I just wanted to know about it. Then it became an issue for him to do my shellac manicure. He couldn't do it because he needed to use the electric drill/file. He kept throwing excuses out and insisting the dip would work better. I politely stopped him and said “I came in for shellac and I just wanted to know about the dip process. I do not want dip, I want a shellac French manicure.” This was not what he wanted to hear. The questions continued and a hint to rudeness entered the conversation. I stood up, thanked him for what little service he provided (he had only started on my cuticles on one hand) a I paid for the unfinished manicure. I went across the street to Palace Nails, where they fit me in almost immediately, and had my shellac French Manicure completed.

I love this location, they always are very professional and continuously showcase their skills. Jenny and Helen are absolutely delightful and continue to provide supreme customer service. I have been going here for years and will not go anywhere else. You can expect a very quick greeting and very little wait. Immediately, the pampering begins!
