They saved the day autozone sold me 3 different wrong rotors rear and i came to napa auto shop. The shop instantly found and had the exact rotors i needed in less than a hr i replaced both rear breaks and rotors and was good to go.

I recently needed to use this location. Having just relocated, I had a few questions and the staff was really helpful and informative.
They explained to me how one of the products I was purchasing had an additional rebate available that helped save me even more money in addition to their already "Best" price and showed me how to get it.
Folks, I appreciated their help, because like some, I don't know a lot when it comes to certain automotive products/services, and I always like to SAVE MONEY!!
I am so thankful when I am given helpful, honest, information about services I need in a new city, especially a city the size of Houston.

Probably the worst Napa in the area. Constantly having to order filters. They tell me next day and I come the next day only to hear “they didn’t send it” they never have what we need in stock. Don’t know why we keep bothering to buy things here. “I’m sorry” is all we hear.
