Hey new owners, how about upping the inventory from the saddest stock of toys and treats I’ve ever seen in the store! You lost our favorite groomer and apparently now don’t carry our dogs special joint treats. I come in to support the store and spend $16/17 vs what could be purchased on Amazon for $14. Whatever business model you’re following is turning away even the loyal customers who have followed Kriser/NP for 10+ years.Ps your staff still is amazing but sad they have to deal with unhappy shoppers.

We have used this location for baths and decided to take our fur baby in for his first haircut. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from booking, to check in, to pick up. Everything went smoothly and Claire really listened to what we wanted! I was so nervous at pick up but my heart melted all over again when they came through the door. I loved his cut it was exactly what I envisioned and she gave me the details of the entire process. The time and patience she gave our little guy is so commendable. 10 out of 10 ♥️

New to the area and our golden doodle was way over due for a groom. They did such an amazing job with her… she hasn’t been easy to groom in the past and I was so worried about how she would do. They took extra special care of her and I am so appreciative ?

Always the most friendly staff and on time. Heather has always been great with Clover, my unsocialized rescue and send her home with cute accessories. 12/10 recommend

I can’t rave enough about all the amazing groomers, bathers, and front desk staff! I only trust Natural Pawz with my very special yorkie rescue, Shelby. From the moment Shelby steps in, she’s met with an abundance of love and care. The staff's passion for pampering her shines through with their attention to detail and patience. The facility's vibrant, clean atmosphere, coupled with their knack for making tails wag, transforms each visit into a joyous experience! Shelby couldn’t be in better hands! We’re so thankful for everyone at Natural Pawz, they’ve become family to us!

Lala loves to go to her beauty appointments. The groomer also alerted me to a possible UTI. The vet was skeptical, but when the test came back positive, he said maybe he needed to hire the groomer.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as our recent experience at Natural Pawz Sterling Ridge The Woodlands left us extremely disappointed and frustrated. It was our first time bringing our beloved puppy for grooming, and sadly, it will be our last.We provided clear instructions for the specific haircut we wanted, but those instructions were completely disregarded. Instead of respecting our wishes, the groomer did what they thought would look best. The result was far from what we had envisioned, and it left our puppy looking nothing like what we had asked for.Communication is paramount in any service industry, and the fact that our instructions were ignored is unacceptable. We entrusted our pet's care to Natural Pawz Sterling Ridge The Woodlands, hoping for a positive experience, but sadly, that was not the case.We had high hopes, but this experience fell far short of our expectations. As a result, we will not be returning to Natural Pawz Sterling Ridge The Woodlands and will be seeking a groomer who values and respects the preferences of their clients.If you're considering using this groomer, please be cautious and ensure your expectations align with their approach to grooming.

Visited for dog cuts and grooming for the first time today. They did exactly as I asked even though it's probably shorter than is typical for my type of dogs and I was super happy with the service. My doggies look lovely! Thank you!

This location is the best!! They always have openings for grooming services and they are FULLY stocked in the treats and chews department. They have so many wonderful baked treats my dog goes absolutely crazy for- and their store is clean, organized and easy to browse… unlike some of the major competitors in the area.

Scalped and shaved down my beautiful dog and then had the nerve to charge extra for a range of supposedly included services. The $89 full groom was suddenly $135 upon payment. Instead of properly grooming my dog, they simply shaved him to the bone. The groomer had a horrible attitude--she even said she refuses to brush a dog more than once. If the comb does not go through on first strike, she refuses to brush and shaves the dog. The groomers were disrespectful and the manager completely disinterested in my concerns. In fact, she refused to even respond to my concerns. Go elsewhere. I hear Woofgang is MUCH, MUCH better.
