Reporting back with an update. North Houston Beemer had charged me for an airbag part that was never installed. After additional communication, they agreed to refund the amount for the part once it was confirmed that only the wiring repair was necessary. I appreciate that they reviewed the situation and agreed to refund the unused airbag component.

Been going to Juan and his team now for the past 5 or 6 years!
(I guess I should have left a review sooner)
BMW 1-Series, with just the basic maintenance from the team, the car still drives with 300k miles.
Mini-Cooper S, Daughter drives it on a daily and Juan makes sure it’s safe and maintained for her, giving her and I both peace of mind.
Highly Recommended!!

This is such a great dealership alternative. They’re less expensive and, I did not feel like I was being up sold on anything. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable.

I always take my Mini for its oil change here. I've had a few small maintenance repairs since my car has been out of warranty since 2018 i.e. brakes, spark plugs, ignition coils etc. Nothing crazy, but my vehicle has all original 272k miles since I bought it brand new in 2012. North Houston Beemer is very reasonable and accommodating. Juan and Edgar are very friendly and are able to point you in the right direction. Here's hoping I can get my Mini to 500k miles with their help!

The BEST location for BMW services. Customer service is 100 and they are always honest about what services need to be done immediately or can wait, you never feel like you're getting shafted. I don't take my car anywhere else, even for oil changes.
