Objectively one of the best storage facilities in the area.
I've been a tenant for almost 20 years -- from back when the prior owners were in charge. The large spaces are nice and relatively well maintained. The rental fees reflect that, so keep it in mind.

The property is very well lit at night time, clean and very well kept and the units are awesome… I had a 20 foot pleasure boat in storage here for over two years and the experience was top-notch as well as the pricing is very competitive… Give Margery a call today

Great boat storage option for north Harris county. Quiet and secluded and easy access to 45 north and grand parkway. Access gates are WiFi which is great. Owners are responsive and dependable.

Super accommodating, very nice. I personally haven’t stored anything with Margery and the fine people at Northland Boat and RV Storage but I paid for my son to keep his car there while it was needing repair. They allowed him to work on it when he was able and the times he missed a payment they were nice to let me know and not charge him late fees. It’s nice to know there are still some nice people out there doing business the right way… unlike the people at Champs Auto Sales in Lebannon Tn. Who sold me a lemon and left me high and dry.

Very good and safe storage location. The units as well kept, clean, lights work...everything about their storage location is a place where you'd want your belongings to be kept safe.
Very good security system, gated and the management is outstanding.
I'd definitely recommend them for their storage business and ability to take care of the customer needs.
