From the moment I called Northside Lexus to inquire about a test drive until the moment I drove my new Lexus off the showroom floor, I had a 5 star experience in every way.
My initial phone call with Bobby Bosley was so helpful and informative that it immediately led to my first visit to the dealership. When I came to Northside for my test drive, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mr. Needham Shotwell. I would not call Needham a “car salesman”. I would call him a gentleman with a gift for helping one find the right mode of transportation and making that person feel really great about the whole process! It was a distinct pleasure working with him.
In addition, both Marcus in finance and Thiam in technology made the rest of the process a breeze.
I really have never enjoyed purchasing a vehicle as much as I did purchasing my new Lexus at Northside. The experience, the people, and the atmosphere at this dealership cannot be matched.

Chris Harris took an extra miles to provide a good selling price, then made sure my new pre-owned car had a window shade and floor carpet at all 4 seats.

Great low pressure Lexus dealership. Purchased a pre owned RX 350 ultra luxury from Donnie. He was fantastic. Did not have a trade in or finance so the transaction was smooth and easy. Purchased the extended warranty so vehicle is covered through 2029. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would recommend Northside.

I would rate my experience here as underwhelming. I understand it’s the holiday season and they’re busy, but the level of pretentiousness from this dealership is astonishing (especially in their leadership/top management). The sales rep was decent but did a poor job communicating regarding the pickup/payment options, and the finance manager was a typical "let me upsell you everything because I know what’s best for you" type and didn't even let you get a word in.
The overall experience was far from pleasant. The only positive was that they honored the hold and stuck to it. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
