They don’t even want to help you just hand you off to someone else so all they have to do is stand around and look at you

Awful experience, I need it to print some business cards and from the beginning the attendees looked at me like I was stupid or crazy because I ask them to cut them from me, I was will to pay but instead they make me feel like they didn’t want to do the job at all.

Don’t even think to come to this place, we were trying to buy a chair and when we were just about to pay they just said that the real price for the chair was $319,99 and they are so lazy to change the sale ticket for all the merchandise that they are just scamming you! So, open your eyes when you are going to the cashier and look before it will be too late! Manager was just justifying that coupon was expired 5 days ago, and the did not change the price ticket yet 🤷♀️, I asked how we know what is the real price for any chair, well, well well, you will never know because they will change the tickets tomorrow before open!!! Ridiculous, I will never be here again! I know for sure that if this store should be running by owner, I’ll get my chair and he’ll get their money! Discount was already there, so, even if discount ticket was expired the store and us were still wining… but no…

Don’t waste your time here. They have 4 self serve printers. 3/4 of them are down. Plus there’s an associate with box braids at the printing area minding her business not offering help when there’s a line of customers.

Very bad service, they have made me come 3 times on different days to print 2 poster size items and they tell me that the system is down and today they told me that the staff arrives at 4:30 pm, now I understand why people no longer want to come to Office Depot, they don't help at all

First of all I would like to thank Robin the manager for talking with me after the incident. An employee, Tina B, I asked for assistance and she immediately started with an attitude, telling me she didn't have to help me, that's why the sign says self help and the instructions are right here. She talked to me like I was her child. This is unacceptable customer service. Shame on you Office Depot for not being more selective with your employees.

Despite Office Depot's emphasis on customer service and satisfaction, Kiya, who introduced herself as the store manager, did not exhibit behaviors consistent with these values. She appeared unaware of how to apply a $5 coupon, failed to recognize that the self-service printer was out of order despite evident toner issues in the printed copies, and lacked problem-solving skills. For instance, when faced with illegible prints, Kiya's solution was to place an order, which could take 24 hours, rather than following the approach suggested by another associate to make correct copies behind the counter to avoid charging the customer for unusable prints. I recommend providing Kiya with additional training and development in customer service, as she represents Office Depot.

It’s so difficult to get any help with printing. I waited in line for the counter and when I got there I explained my order and the guy talked about every different solution than actually taking the order. When I compromised with my order he said it wouldn’t look good. I left just dumbfounded he wouldn’t help me

The copy machines are a nightmare
-
April 2024 by Jon Linhart
Kiaya the store manager stated it is store policy to not help in-store customers with their immediate print/copy orders in situations when their print/copy machines are not fully functional, and the line is stacking up at over a half-dozen customers. She stated that online orders take priority over in-store orders, because the orders in the queue have already paid.
When 1 of your 3 machines are not working, and your line is stacking up, it would behoove the store’s personnel to make exceptions to their rule and provide higher quality customer service.
I hope someone from corporate is able to train the store manager and her staff on customer service concepts.
