George got me in and out. I was there with my little ones and he honored my warranty with no issues. I would recommend this location to any one. The one i went to the prior day on spring cypress was not the best and gave me the runaround and prolonged an issue that i had a warranty for but George saved the day. Thank you.

Went in today to pick up a light bulb for my vehicle. I didn't get greeted, and no one asked if I needed any assistance even though the store was not busy. Google which bulb I needed, picked it out, and was ready to check out before they even noticed I was in the store. This is not the type of experience that I am used to by going to this chain. Will make me rethink which store I go to next time I need auto parts.

The attention of the employees is terrible, they do not pay attention to what they do and give one thing for another. I do not recommend it and I would not return to this place.
