Omg kind and speedy service . Came here after having a negative experience and advanced auto parts. They installed a windshield wiper for me and a turn signal light that had been out.

I called ahead of time about checking alternator when I got there I saw the look on his face then he say oh let me check if it's working then came back saying it's not working th I told him I called and the other guy said it was working I left called back an ask if the starter check was working and yes he said it check both so now I say I'll never go back because I feel he was super racist Mexican dude...

Went to this location last night for a battery and I could tell before he even got to the register that the guy didn’t want to help me. Had a dry tone the whole time of the transaction. When it was time to install it, he grabs a small ratchet with only a single socket. I opened my hood and before even looking at it, he said he couldn’t install it because of a VERY accessible bracket that had a couple bolts in it. He then tried to make excuses saying that the fuse box would need to be moved. Never have I ever had to remove the fuse box to replace the battery in my car. Proceeded to just tell me that I, the paying customer, can replace it and bring the core back, and just went back in the store. After a 5 minute install, I took the core back this morning and the lady didn’t even act like she cared either. If I thought my battery would last, I definitely would’ve canceled the whole transaction

I used to work at this store/company #4933 for 3 years. I quit just recently because of the new store manager devvon. the team itself was great I loved the work and my customers and the old manager. this new manager devvon is horrible at priority tasking and time management. the assistant manager and key holders are always doing his job on top of our tasks . Devvon Doesn't care about customers or the commercial accounts we lost a bunch of both. The badass hard working employees that are still there are quitting because of the new store manager devvon. great job oriellys Auto parts for hiring that d.s.l having clown.
