STELLAR customer service from Stephen! He helped me out with my wiper blades, and he was really nice, efficient, and helpful. He was quick to help and quick to fix, while kindly explaining to me how to better care for these ones for longevity and when I should actually be trading them out. He also helped me choose them because I had no idea what I was doing, lol. Highly recommend this OReillys; staff like Stephen make this location that much greater than another one.

Very helpful staff! I came in for windshield wipers blades, and they pointed me in the right direction. I actually came out cheaper because of the BOGO. SCORE!!!

Went in to get a check engine light checked on guy came out “hooked” up the machine to my vehicle waited 50 seconds and said you need to take it to the dealer I can’t read it if I took his advice it would’ve costed me a fortune instead I didn’t believe him he just looked like he didn’t want to be bothered I drove right next door to auto zone got my reading and a solution and they got my business on parts.

I came by to get a part a week ago. They didn't have it in stock and they had to wait for the company to see if they had it in stock. He said he will call the next day and I'm still waiting a week later.

My battery was dead, and my car was having issues starting. So I took it into O’Reilly’s and a very nice gentleman named Paul helped change my very hard to reach battery and provided tips and solutions to keep the corrosion down. As a young woman, Paul was very informative and had excellent customer service skills.
