Used to love coming to this place, but my last two experiences have been awful. Spent $120 on a pedicure and REFILL just for every nail to be bubbly, uneven, and misshaped. To top it off I had to scrub leftover polish residue off every finger.

Long time client.Love the atmosphere, clean envirement.My go to techs are Christine and Loan.Very attentive to details and listening to what I want done.They have a bar for drinks and my favorite Vietnamese coffee. Conveniently located ,easy parking.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I came in to get my nails done before a vacation, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst nail appointments I’ve had. Every single one of my cuticles was cut during the process — they were visibly damaged and scabbed over afterward, and it was genuinely painful for days.
I initially asked for a normal acrylic set, but I was pressured into getting gel instead. The result was thick, uneven, and just poorly done overall. Not only was it uncomfortable, but it didn’t look professional either.
Really disappointing experience, especially right before a trip. I probably won’t be returning.

I usually see Mia for pedicures and as always, she was great. I had the Pearl Pedicure, which includes hot stones, a lengthy massage (20 mins) and a scrub, among other features. Mia has high standards of quality and you can tell when she does your nails.
Update -I visited the salon again today and saw Mia. She did an amazing manicure and pedicure, as usual. She’s very consistent and has high standards. She wasn’t happy with one of my nails and kept redoing it until it was right. I didn’t even ask! This is my favorite nail salon ever.

Thea did SO GOOD! on my pedicure! She’s been my favorite nail tech everytime i come here! Very sweet and makes the salon experience a very great time!! I appreciate her hard work very much! Will keep coming to this salon in the future! (Really GREAT prices too!)

My experience was good and the only thing i can say they are pretty expensive my original price was $65-$70 but i paid $52 (i got a student discount) but i love my nails and they are exactly what i asked for

My first experience was a wonderful pre vacation pedicure from Ms. Tammy. It was simply lovely. I stopped by today to have my powder nails removed. After I left I noticed that my right hand ring finger was damaged horribly. I am missing half the mail all the way to my nail bed. I called and the owner/manager answered and once I told him what happened he asked me questions that sounded like he didn’t believe me. So I drove back to the salon to show him. He didn’t apologize. He didn’t offer a refund. He just sounded so dismissive. I guess that $10 I paid was more important to him than me as a customer. Lesson learned.

I love Palace! I’ve been going here for years (since 2020) and they are always very kind, hard working and my nails are beautiful. I use Winnie or Lisa for nails and Loan or Mia for pedicures.
