I had the pleasure of touring these apartments, and the staff was incredibly helpful and informative. They even shared great details about local schools and the surrounding area. The property itself is beautiful, and there’s so much to do nearby! I’m excited to apply in the spring when my current lease is up.

So I thought I was breaking out due to new washing stuff, turns out the apartment is infested with ants in my room , the closet and living room. Another thing is the dog piss smell from my balcony from people who have the mini yards it’s so strong my nose be burning, tried to go have breakfast out there do journaling and I almost threw up. It’s been okay since. The pool was open and then magically closed when I wanted to get in one day I had only been moved in a week and the city closed the pool when I called and asked about it he said the city just has to come out and check it and they will email us when it opens but we didn’t even get a email when it closed so I knew that was a lie for some reason and two months later still no email of it being open. . First night in the apartment the air conditioning had no Freon and then the next day they added some the next morning it broke completely. They fixed it. And then the faucet in the bathroom had a lot of black gunk in it when I would turn on the water, i asked for a new one for it to be cleaned with something that reach what my fingers couldn’t, the maintenance man came with non of those items. I did my move in paper work for things to fixed turned it in ect and someone called from the office and said you have to input each one in the portal for maintenance to get fixed so why fill out the form it was weird. But it’s fine, So today I find a leak in the kitchen under the sink and removed all the wet items , and sent a picture of the stain and water ,they just came to bring a whole new part to replace it, then I had to put in a new order for the mildew and the wood under sink not sure how they will handle that.

Management are never willing to help you + they give you attitude. I’m so happy I don’t live there anymore. Police knock on my door to let me know that someone tried to steal my car and was lirerally parked in front of my apartment and management didn’t do anything. Shame on you parkside place you shouldn’t even receive a star

workout equipment does not always work and neighbors complain too much,the gates are always broken and my apartment had a gnat problem even though i kept it clean with no trash inside.

I’ve been living here over a year and never had a problem. The front desk crew are always super nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure I am happy and pleased. I see myself living here another year!

I’ve been here for 4 going on to 5 years & management here has been nothing short but amazing.
I stayed in a unit for 4years & decided to move to a bigger unit a few days before my move out date. Johnnaton & Luis did a great job & really went out of their way to make ends meet & get me taken care of.
10/10 would recommend to come by for a visit if you’re looking for a new home!

Horrible place. Has mold everywhere and they will charge you money when moving out.there were criminals breaking into cars every other day and into homes as well. Not a safe community and the complex does not care.

Worked a 14 hour shift, parked my work truck, and wasn’t able to pay for parking due to my phone being dead. I got to my location, charged my phone and began eating dinner. By the time I finished my dinner and paid for parking, I got towed. Kindly asked for help for the misunderstanding, got nothing and drop $200 to get MY WORK TRUCK out of impound. There was literally dozens of open parking spots. THEY DO NOT CARE, AND WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU. Current resident will not be renewing.

I’ve been living here for 4 years, and it has truly felt like home. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and any maintenance issues I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with great amenities.
I also appreciate how safe and peaceful the community feels. The location is super convenient, close to kroger, restaurants, school, etc.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
