Joanna is a very intuitive and educated trainer. She takes time to listen and create a great program. Peak Fitness Gym is very clean and very well-appointed. I would highly recommend it and Joanna to anyone!

I love Peek Fitness! Joanna keeps our workouts interesting and challenges us. She is very attentive to good form - which is critical to avoid injury. She tailors workouts to your specific goals and needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
