Donel was a super hero! I rolled in after hours with a sudden flat tire. He helped me get it in the shop, waited for me to get a ride, and kindly took care of it the next day! I was even able to pay through a text so it was completely done when I arrived.

Took my car today with a flat tire during a rainy afternoon, and the manager and the staff could not be more helpful compared to other shops I had been recently in while shopping around for the same service. Grateful for Pepboys and their caring staff. Would reccomend to anyone!!

Needed help with an alignment that there Conroe location completely hacked, went to this location and they helped me out and told me what needed to be fixed. New longer upper control arms and steering box adjustment, I'll be taking it back once I replace the parts needed and adjust the steering box.

The air conditioning in my car stopped working, so I brought it to Pep Boys for a free A/C inspection as advertised on their website. However, I was charged $100 just for the inspection, with no work done on the vehicle. I was also not given my keys until I paid the balance. I intend to report this store for false advertising.

Pep Boys in The Woodlands made what would qualify as a bad day turn into an awesome day.
My vehicle broke down on the highway at about 6am. I contacted road side assistance to come tow it to Pep Boys. I was not with the vehicle when it was picked up because I had to teach a class at 8 am. I had the class start time moved back to 8:30. My ride arrived to pick me up so I just left the vehicle trusting it would make it to Pep Boys. I received a text saying the vehicle was dropped off from the towing company. Then I received a text from Pep Boys saying they received my vehicle and are currently doing the diagnostic to see what is wrong. I called them and told them what happened and they said they would check it out. I got a ride to Pep Boys after my class was completed. When I arrived Donel said I tried to reach you, we found the problem do want us to fix it? I said yes fix it. He made a call got the part and Talan started the repairs after his lunch break. About 45 min later Donel came and got me to show me an issue with my vehicle. It was leaking. He asked would you like us to fix it? I said yes and Talan explain to me why the issue happened. Donel went and picked up the part himself to reduce my wait time. Another 25 minutes later I see Talan drive my vehicle forward because it was ready to go. At this time it was around 4:25pm. Due to their expertise and professionalism I was able to go out and complete 5 disaster relief inspections that I was scheduled to complete by the end of the day. Awesome job Donel and Talan! This was my first experience with Pep Boys and it could not have been with a more professional and true representative of Pep Boys. I am now a fan and if I have another issue with my vehicle I just found a new place for repairs. I told Talan that I would tell someone to give him a raise. So whoever is in charge give Talan and Donel a raise!

These ppl are LIARS!!! Lazy liars who I trusted to check my brake fluid since taking it to them the light kept coming on. They said they checked it last time, and again, and it was topped off. It continued to come on, so I took it to the dealership who informed me it was because my brake fluid was very low. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I also called to talk to the manager, but Bray answered pretended to empathize and would have Michael, the manager call me back, yeah right, liars. Worst experience ever, especially for something so simple. Lazy as they come.
