Love this place. The merchandise is always stocked up. They are able to order my cats specific food which helps me out. The team here is awesome! Friendly & helpful. Have a variety of cat food options. A good selection of toys. Also have great deals !

I shop here often and I usually get greeted upon entering the store but this time there were 3-4 staff members gathered at the register chatting together. They briefly said welcome to PSP but returned to their chat. I had to go interrupt them to ask about something, which is very unusual from my past experience there. Once they broke away from their chat they were very helpful and sweet but I was disappointed at how they somewhat ignored me at first because there were no customers in there but me. If not for that first “greeting” I would give them 5 stars.

Pet Supplies Plus Champion Forest is like the Disneyland of pet stores! ? From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly faces that are just as excited about your pet as you are. The aisles are neatly stocked with everything you could possibly need, from gourmet treats that would make even a human drool to toys that could keep your fury friend entertained for days.
The staff here? Absolutely top-notch. They seem to know everything about every pet under the sun, and they’re always ready with great advice and a smile.
They also have a great self-service pet wash station. It’s like a mini spa day for your dog without the hefty price tag (and they leave smelling fabulous rather than like, well, wet dog).
If your pet needs it, this place has it. And if your pet doesn’t need it, you’ll probably still leave with it anyway, because everything here is just that good! Five stars, two paws up, and a very happy tail wag!

I have being going to this store for at least a couple of years. I never write reviews I am taking my time because I believe this company needs to check who do they hire.
This store used to be really good and pleasant to go to, about 6-8 month ago, there had 3 young men working there, very knowledgeable and ready to help, it was a pleasure to go there always an smile and a they were ready to help at all times, they were replace by MEAN GIRLS, now this place is run by a bunch of fricks/mean girls. I personally will never go back to that store. I monthly spend about 700 dollar maybe more, when I complained about the poor customer service and this is not my first time doing it. I had call managers in other stores that where able to help me, because the only answer you get here is a NO at every thing, when today and told them, that I wasn't going back at all, there answer was "it's ok have a nice day," I wonder if this is the right approach to customers and if the company would agreed with that.
Please Pet Supplies Plus do your self a favor and bring those guys back and make sure that those insecure mean girls don't work for you, they are ruining this company.

We went to this store looking for hamsters. Although they no longer sell them, we left with a great customer service story. Caitlin, one of their employees, thoroughly educated us about hamster ownership (she’s a clear animal lover and owns one too). She patiently walked us through what to purchase, told us about the price matching this store does for products, and answered 100 questions with ease and kindness. She made us new loyal customers after her attention to detail and impeccable customer service. She is very talented in her position and we appreciated her help. The store was clean and had everything you could everything of. We will be back!

Love this spot! Right in the neighborhood and great deals for a small spot. Had our puppy groomed by Ashley K. She was amazing! Highly recommend them , all the staff is wonderful.
