Adam at the front is so sweet!! He helped us with picking a hamster and brought a cart to us. He was so helpful and got us everything we needed.

I like the fish selection at this location.....usually pretty healthy. Its not a huge location so variety is little more limited.

I’ve taken my dog here many times before and he always left so happy, spunky and excited plus looking adorable. This last week I brought him in and the staff off the bat seemed off. I did notice a guy there that I haven’t seen before. I’m not sure who did my dogs groom but it will be a miracle if he lives after his visit there. He is 13 years old and no one has ever told me they had problems in the past with him. He is non stop coughing, red, bruised, skin pink even 4 days later. He was shaved near bald and left with long ears only. He looks dreadful but my bigger concern is trying to figure out if he has been injured in his neck or lungs or if he got kennel cough there. My dog will NEVER return to this facility and I’m just hoping he lives. He is a long hair Malshi. This is his current condition. He is shaking uncontrollably and choking the past 3 days. It’s terrible. This location needs to review the staff. My dog has either been horrifically abused and physically injured or got kennel cough and a painful groom. After being looked at by a medical person they feel there could be neck injury causing the coughing but other opinions think kennel cough. I’m so upset but I feel wrong if I don’t warn to protect other animals. The last times were wonderful for my pet and myself. I’m pretty sure I know which employee this is….

Very ugly to be honest... I didn't like it at all! Messy, bad smell... little inventory and everything as under construction... very strange. But the man at the till was very kind!

I cannot express how upset I am with this grooming. I’m honestly so sad that they did this to my pup. I posted a before picture of him and how they left him. We’ve been taking my pet since he was little to this Petco for his grooming they always did an ok job except for this last time. They’re excuse was that he was being aggressive towards them and I totally understand if that was the case, which it would be the first time in years that he would do that, that they would just proceed to contacting me to tell me they could just simply not handle his grooming due to his aggression. Instead they did this to him. I would have rather them not do anything to him than to give him back to us the way they did. When I called them to tell them what a horrible job they did, Ralston the groomer, told me that it was because he was being aggressive and then accused me of being a liar because according to his records he has only been there 2 times. I think I would know how many times I’ve taken my own pet to get groomed Ralston, and they were not done by YOU! There were better more qualified and professional groomers working there before you. We’ve never been to any other place simply because my dog was always taken care of and he seemed to be cheerful every other time we picked him up. So we felt like he was comfortable there. Then he told me he tried to contact me many times and I did not answer, which is another lie! The only call I received was to tell me my pup was ready and I picked up the phone the first time, they didn’t think it was appropriate to tell me he was being aggressive? They just told me he was ready only an hour after he had been dropped off. I had no other calls from them. I would have rather them deny his grooming that this!! It is completely unacceptable I’m so hurt for what they did to my dog now he’s going to have dry skin because they shaved him when we didn’t even ask them to do so. It really does hurt to see my pup like that he is not an aggressive dog he’s actually the sweetest dog who loves kids and gets perfectly along with my cat. I’m not the one to write reviews but this one hurts my heart and I have to let other people know what they could do to your dog if you take him there. Never again!!! I don’t care that they refunded some money what they did to my dog is priceless and unacceptable. I feel so bad for my dog and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to my pup.

we have had nothing but issues with the grooming salon at this location. starting with the grooming salon saying my dog had a seizure on the table (which she didn't as i was standing there and saw the whole thing) and finishing with this weekend. 2 weeks ago i took my dog in and allegedly she bit the groomer and "drew blood" which was never told to me on site. when i took her in last week i was told she could only have her nails trimmed by the senior groomer who had left for the day. i said that was fine and i understood. yesterday i called in before going to make sure the senior groomer was there and he then informed me that she had been "referred out" and could no longer come to their store. when i spoke to the store manager he wanted to lie to me and tell me that he told me this the day it happened (which he didn't) and also told me the grooming manager (kenneth) was there (which he wasn't) and that i was told the previous week by the grooming attendant that she wasn't allowed back for grooming (only informed that she was only to be groomed by kenneth). do not go to this store, they will lie to you and blame it on your dog.

brought my dog, ruby, here today for a nail trim in grooming. everybody was so kind, handled her gently and she seemed comfortable with them. they were done so quickly and did a great job. shout out to ralston for being very patient with her :)
