I’ve brought my dogs in for many years and each time I’ve come in salon has been great but I’ve notice groomers have been short of staffed. I used to get my dog groomed from Rachael before she left, she was amazing with my doggie and truly cares about him. I’m very disappointed by the lack of groomers provided especially now that previous groomer is now gone. The hours used to be 7-9 in salon now it’s 9-6 which makes it very difficult for me to book especially cause I work mornings and don’t get off till 5:00.
Nikita used to groom my shih tzu before Rachael she did amazing job but she left aswell very frustrating there’s lack of groomers and consistency between groomers and bathers. I don’t recommend being your pets to this location not enough availability and when I do have an issue with my dogs haircut and would ask for manager they would take forever to come up in salon. They are no help basically saying it’s my fault for not brushing my dog no understanding whatsoever rude management (Alyssa) (Alicia) in general. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE !!!! SAVE YOUR PETS !!! they take little care of your fur babies and don’t care about the well beings of them.

My dog got a bacterial infection after getting groomed at PetSmart. I will never ever go back. Think before you decide to risk your dogs health by making an appointment for grooming. They must not be sanitizing as required.

Worst customer service both on the phone and in person. Curb-side takes forever. Very few employees actually working.

Such a great PetSmart! This location is so great! We found a cute little “dog park” potty area, partially fenced, with artificial turf, a cute fire hydrant & stocked with poo-bags & a trash can. It’s well shaded and beautiful lined with flowers and shrubs. What a great addition to an otherwise basic pet store!
We entered and were IMMEDIATELY greeted by a super sweet, joyful & friendly employee! She took time to greet Barnabas, which is huge considering I am diligently taking him out for socialization (he was rescued from the streets and clearly experienced abuse at the hands of some horrible people in his first months of life - so this is critical to his healthy development), so big shout-out and huge thank you to the staff of this store. Everyone we met took the time to greet and gently acclimate Barns to friendly, loving people.
The store is so well stocked, organized & just fun all the way around. The vet onsite seems so well managed, clean and organized. I encountered a gentleman and one of the vet staff members and she was taking such time to assist him and explain the medication and everything they had done with his kiddo. Loved this!
They have an adorable setup for adoptable kitties and cats! See the videos. They had great deals on treats & toys! Barns got a fresh stock of toys & stuffies for a bargain - buy 3, get 2 free! We got Kong stuffies - 5 for under $30!!!
Great selection of food & treats for cats & dogs alike. I was impressed with the fish section - see videos! They had a crazy selection of cat trees - makes me want a kitty so bad!
All-in-all, such a great PetSmart location!

Friendly, helpful employees with nice selection of pet supplies. My granddaughters love going in so they can see the fish, birds, gerbils and whatever other animals are there at the time!

Im giving two star only because inside store cashier lady was really nice and welcoming .i use to take my dog to petsmart every 6 weeks but on tomball location .never had a complaint ..they did the best.but today i had to take her to this store because i didnt had time to travel for tomball location .when i drop my dog.i mention please do the teddy bear cut.and i need her to be nice next week.when i went to pick up .she was totally different dog..its not even near to teddy bear cut..and truthfully speaking she was not nice at all.and even one big hair in her leg was still there .sorry to say this place is not for the small dog grooming

Staff is always courteous and helpful. Shelves are properly organized and well stocked. Especially love the Banfield Pet Hospital staff!!!
