Do not recommend this location.They were out of personal pan pizzas for our kids' reading rewards. They called to tell us they couldn't fill our order, but they admitted they still had plenty of dough on hand for large and medium pizzas.... But couldn't cut that dough down to make smaller pizzas. ??♀️ So they had plenty of dough on hand, but said they would have to make brand new dough, taking an hour, in order to fill our order, but they weren't planning on doing that because they only make a certain number of personal pan sizes per day.No offer to do anything to compensate for their ineptitude and unpreparedness. We probably will have lost the coupon codes for the kids' reading rewards we used to order, and no offer to do anything about that... Just offered to cancel our order or only fill 2 of the pizzas. So, complete waste, disappointed kids that worked hard for their coupons, and way too much time spent on getting nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called 6 days ago to place an order for my daughter's holiday party to be delivered straight to the school. I EVEN called the day before to follow-up so there would be no issues and for confirmation. The manager first tells me her store doesn't deliver to my daughter's school, eventhough, I remember her voice taking the order. I call back again and mysteriously after continuously asking several probing questions, she says she sees the order, but originally she swore up and down she didn't see nor had the order and told me it had to be another store...I then told her to look up my order by my number and name (why am I telling her how to do her job) and she finds the order...but IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I pre-paid for the order and followed up the day before. There is NO excuse for non-communication. It's so embarrassing to have the entire class go without lunch, because of poor service, communication and terrible customer service. This location is very unreliable, and incompetent employee(s), with a lack luster for simple communication.

Worst service ever and i didn’t even get the damn food, placed an order for them to cancel after closing time and then never contact me i had to call customer twice which is no help bc they don’t even work in stores when you call ! And i better get my mf money back since y’all never brought me my damn food !

The pizza was great! Service was awesome! The young man who helped me was the best! He had dark hair, a little bigger built.. he was so welcoming and eager to help! Great job guys!!

This location always has the best service and delivery drivers. Always helpful and courteous. Food is always great!
