Where do I even begin…
My girlfriend brought her vehicle to Planet Ford Collision Repair Center on 10/8/2024. We were unfortunately assigned Becky as our advisor.
Besides all of the constant excuses as to why the vehicle wasn’t complete, Becky is an extremely rude and inconsiderate person.
First, she finally calls my girlfriend to pick up the vehicle. She arrives and immediately notices the hand prints and blemishes all around the area that was repaired. None of the vehicle decals or logos are on the back of the vehicle. My girlfriend told Becky she wants it to be fixed and she will come back tomorrow and pay in full.
The next day, Becky contacts my girlfriend saying the vehicle is ready, we show back up and low and behold, not a thing has been done to the car. We are sitting in the parking lot and Becky is rubbing the car down with a rag saying everything will buff out! At this time the logos are still not installed on the vehicle.
This is where it gets nasty. I raise concern that the paint is damaged and Becky says “and who are you?” I respond saying, “I am her boyfriend.” She Replys, “Ok cool, just making sure because she is my customer and I don’t have to talk to you.” My girlfriend and I looked at each other completely shocked. I respond with “Well she is going to do what I tell her too so I might as well be your customer.” Becky then turns to my girlfriend and says, “ YOU NEED A NEW BOYFRIEND!”

The audacity this lady has to speak her worthless opinion about our relationship is appalling. I then asked to speak to her manager, Jose, and informed him of Becky’s disgusting and inappropriate comments. Jose assured us that Becky’s actions were extremely inappropriate and took over the situation.
We are now here for a fourth time, dropping the vehicle off due to improper calibrations on the blind spot.
There are too many red flags to list when describing this situation. Luckily, Jose seems to be the only competent person in the building and has gone above and beyond to make this right, considering not everything is in his control. Jose is an amazing representative and should be treated like Gold.
Unfortunately for Becky, she’s doing more harm than good when it comes to representing this business.

My experience with Planet Ford Collision started out with a lie-I was told my damage would be repaired in 1-2 weeks by Fred. On the third week of not hearing any word or update on my car, I called and found out nothing had been done. After three more weeks of the run around from Fred, I got a phone call from Becky. Becky had taken Fred's accounts and was getting them settled and completed. Becky was excellent. She called me and kept me in the loop for the new time estimate and was very reassuring. She got the job done that had started out rough. She was honest and sincere. She made sure I was happy with the finished work on my car. She is detailed and gives great customer service. My review would be completely different had Becky not taken over my account. I now am confident in recommending Planet Ford Collision with Becky as a solid estimator. She will ensure the job is done correctly and timely. Thank you Becky for helping me out.

Believe the Reviews , This place is trash the only good thing about this place is the manager .The Employees lie and think that your gullible enough to believe them . THE ATTITUDES ARE TRASH especially the lady who works at the front desk and The man who step in when you ask for a manager ( When he infact is NOT THE MANAGER ) I got my car back after a month and a few weeks for a job that was only suppose to take 2 weeks , THEY LOST THE KEY TO MY CAR , MY CAR WAS DRIVEN OFF THE PREMISES and still til this day NOBODY COULD OR CARED ENOUGH TO EXPLAIN WHY MY CAR WAS OFF THE PREMISES FOR MORE THAN 2hrs then showed back up there the next morning, WHEN I FINALLY Got my car back 10mins later it stalled ( a problem I never had before ) THEY CHARGED MY INSURANCE $100+ to run a scan attempt to ask me for my insurance to replace The key they lost its just a nightmare that im still dealing with after effects .
I DID NOT HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH MY CAR BEFORE I BROUGHT IT HERE FOR BODY REPAIR NOW I HAVE MECHANICAL ISSUES .

Do not take your car to Planet Ford!
For a repair that should have been 2 weeks, at the most, they kept my car for almost a year. They replaced the damaged door with a rusted door. The replaced fender skirt? Fell off before I arrived home. Upon examination, it was damaged with missing parts vital to attachment. The door was not aligned properly. The covering for the undercarriage was not replaced. I was told one did not exist by the repair person. To learn this was false.
My car now leaks whenever it rains and my trunk gets filled with water.
I returned to Planet Ford dealership, where I purchased the car. While sympathetic, I was told they were not affiliated with the body shop.
My insurance company, Progressive, has been of no help.
I was told to bring my car and the repair shop manager would talk with me.
I took my car back as directed to discuss and show the damages from the repair shop manager.
He called an assistant in to "witness" or to have someone back him up. He refused to even get out of his chair to look at the damages. At least I had a tape recorder on so he could not use his assistant to lie for him.
It has now been almost 2 years that I have been given the run around. After reporting to TDI, reporting to the owner of Planet Ford, Contacting the managers, Lincoln, Progressive Corporate Insurance company, I am still driving around with a very damaged car left from Planet Ford repair shop. This is just touching on some of the damages. This does not include the lies and written documentation of reimbursement of a rental car, missing parts from inside my car, unfinished; improper paint job.
My car was examined by other body shops, refusing to repair because of the damages left by Planet Ford.
I was warned to NEVER BUY A CAR FROM PLANET FORD. Unfortunately, I did not listen to this advice.
Now I am forced with a 2-year statue of limitations and must file a lawsuit to protect against Planet Ford never taking responsibility for their egregious actions.

Israel Martinez did a horrible job keeping me informed about the progress of my explorer being repaired. Though, the vehicle had only minor damage. It took an extremely long time to repair. I was texted & told it would be ready 3 times before it actually was. I thought Planet would be a great place to have the vehicle repaired but I was wrong. They didn't even clean the vehicle after their repairs. Needless to say I would never take my car to this establishment again

I noticed some problems after picking up my vehicle. They fixed 2 of 3 issues when I returned but claimed the 3rd was pre-existing... Last time it was in the shop was with them too...

Israel Martinez did a terrible job at managing the claim & collision repairs of my car. Stay away from Ford, they will not take care of you. I’m currently Waiting on a response from Israel that was sent back in December. I had to pay the shop for additional labor rates out of pocket, and than I got a notice in the mail about 2 weeks later that the insurance paid out an additional amount to the shop, so I need clarification on whether that money is supposed to come to me or not.
