My printer broke down so I had to find a place to print my school notes. They printed my notes for a fraction of the price I would’ve had to pay at another place and they have amazing customer service! I see myself coming here again

I'm here at this location at this very moment there are signs dates that they open at 9:00 a.m. I had an appointment for my fingerprints to be processed at 9:30 a.m. it is 9:30 a.m. and no one has arrived to open for business. There is a sign that says happy holidays with their holiday hours operating on today normal business hours on tomorrow December 31st closing early at 2:00 p.m. and on January 1st closed for the day so i don't know what's going on but if you're trying to get anything shipped or your fingerprints done here today this location is not open. Thanks for the inconvenience now I have to figure out a reschedule.

dropped a package and after creating the label, it went missing. Rip-off. Why provide a tracking number, when you are going to make the package disaappear?
