DO NOT COME HERE. I came for alterations and had my pants lost! Not to mention when I went in for my pants there was another lady dealing with the same issue because her pants were also lost. I had to come back a total of 3 TIMES!!! because they first couldn’t find it and because they didn’t have the alteration done on time. Then the front lady gave me attitude because I kept calling, obviously concerned about my clothes. Will not be returning.

I really love this place! The staff is super nice and always welcoming. My clothes always come back clean, fresh, and looking brand new. I’ve also gotten alterations done here and they did such a great job—it fit perfectly. Prices are fair and the service is always fast. This is definitely my go-to spot for cleaning and alterations, highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the service at this cleaners and alterations shop. They always return my clothes looking spotless, fresh, and perfectly pressed. The alterations are done with such care and precision whether it’s hemming, tailoring, or fixing details, everything comes back fitting like it was custom made. I love this cleaners and alterations shop! My clothes always come back looking spotless and fresh, and the alterations are done so carefully that everything fits perfectly. The staff is super friendly, professional, and always makes me feel welcome. They also have a quick turnaround, which is so convenient when I need something last minute. The quality is always consistent, and I trust them with everything from everyday clothes to special pieces. Definitely my go-to spot for both cleaning and alterations!

First issue: clothes were wet upon receipt. No valid explanation could be given.
Second issue: clothes were damaged upon receipt. Policy was explained.
Third issue: asked to speak to a manager and got a Jennifer who was disrespectful, (got loud because she couldn’t explain why the clothes were wet when they were supposed to be DRY cleaned) unprofessional, (had a full on conversation discussing me and my situation in a different language, without the courtesy of placing me on hold) and deflective (refused to take accountability for the botched service they provided). She attempted to blame shift (by trying to paint me as an aggressor) and got upset when I told her I would be leaving a review and reporting their business. Then she ended the call abruptly while I was still talking.
Someone called back and identified themselves as the Manager and initially tried to be intimidating with her tone. She tried to blame their failure on the humidity in Texas, but in the end, apologized and offered to rectify the situation. I declined the offer. No amount of discounts or “fixing” would make me trust them or their business again.
I am choosing to leave this review so that IF you decide to use their service or business, understand that their idea of “dry cleaning” may not be what you’re used to or what you expect. So ASK QUESTIONS, and record them answering if possible so in the event this happens to you, you have leverage for a lawsuit.

This has to be the best and most reasonable prices in spring the people are wonderful and take really great care of there customers any one who disagrees just has there own problems the people here are very caring and I would recommend coming here to anyone there really like family 🙏🏽

Not worth the price. Charged almost $40 for 13 articles of clothing. Came out to about $2.97 per item. Also advertising same day service but does not actually provide same day service.
