They have the stuff I need. Customer service is good sometimes and other times not so good. It is cleaner and neater than when it was princess so that's an improvement.

I have been doing hair for 14 years. I use to use the Brazilian blowout regularly but stopped about two years ago. I went in to restock a few things, which have changed in the last two years and instead of the lady being helpful, she spoke to me like I was stupid. Not great customer service.
