Price is great, staff is great, excellent equipment and the gym is always clean. Has a shower as well which is a plus if you come before work. The owner, nancy is also a trainer here and she is a great human. Best gym in spring

My fiancé and I have just finished our free trial here and will be starting our memberships at this gym based off of the free trial’s experience. In the last 2 months after our move to Texas, we have tried approximately 5 gyms and none of them compare to the way Pro Fit 24 is ran.We believe Nancy is the owner (correct me if I’m wrong) and she has been so kind. She greeted us every time she saw us (even though we aren’t members) and we saw that she also greeted every other member we saw by name.The gym is extremely clean and encourages members to clean up after themselves and promotes appropriate gym etiquette (which is so hard to find!!). The restrooms are spacious and always clean and smell good.The equipment is great and stationed strategically well for the space. It is extremely well taken care of. We did not have to alter any of our workouts because this gym did not lack any equipment we needed and my fiancé is a power lifter!My favorite is that the gym offers a children’s space for kids to play. We are not parents, however, I LOVE seeing the gym encouraging working parents to work out and offer a space just for their children. The space has activities and books for the children as well. The gym also offers free water, coffee, and tea to its members, which is awesome if you are working out then heading to work!I love the sense of community that the gym provides as well. I noticed that they do planned events with their members too! Additionally, they have a sobriety program available and I just think that is downright awesome!Overall, Pro Fit 24 is a wonderful place to workout at. We were so impressed with the staff’s customer service, the gym’s cleanliness, the member’s etiquette, and the overall atmosphere of the space. As a woman and someone who has been in so many gyms in the last two months, I felt extremely comfortable about my body while here and the atmosphere was so encouraging. 10/10

Coach Nanci Rose is an extremely knowledgeable and hands on instructor. State-of-art equipment, classes for all levels, even a play area for the kids. All around spectacular gym and staff.

Walked in to check this place out and I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Got a tour, all new equipment and I love the fact that they are 24 hours.

This is a fantastic Gym! I've known Nanci for a very long time and she runs a positive, uplifting, super awesome place. It's 24 hours, safe, with cameras all around, and with some of the nicest members you could ever meet. Great Trainers if you need one and group classes to help get you to the next level!

Too small, too crowded. Was touch inappropriately by a gym member and the owner sent me a long text didn't even care to ask what happened. Didnt stand up for me but if i was a female im sure she would of showed more concern. If you like to workout with amatures this is the place for you. No,thank you Nancy for doing absolutely nothing about the situation. I'm sure if one of your female members got touch you would have done something.

When I went to Pro Fit after the first visit there I felt like I found my home gym. I signed up for the Camp Pro Fit and it has meet beyond my expectations!!! Highly, Highly recommended!

Nanci is the best fitness trainer you could ever find! She really loves her clients has their fitness goals in mind always. Plans events for her members. So if you are in Spring, TX go check her out! She is the BEST Transformation Coach Ever!
