Glad to see I'm not the only one who has experienced an attitude at this location. Stopped by as a potential customer but was received with attitude and stories about not having enough help. Who hasn't worked somewhere where they can use a little help, doesn't give them the right to be rude. Glad I don't bank here I'll stick with Chase.

Manager on duty Jean has horrible customer service and respect towards other I saw how she treated her teller and me. Will never be back and if prosperity hire people like her I would never consider opening an account here. Wasted 20 min

They have always been kind and understanding. They usually call me by my first name because they recognize/remember me. They treat people great and I love the small banking experience over the big banks.

Went to cash a check in the morning. I am not a member so I was prepared for the fee and the extra due diligence for check verification. I handed all the necessary items to the teller as her customer service was nonexistent. She told she would be right back and 2 minutes later as she returns to me, my friend whom wrote me the check text me and told me she said I looked suspicious?? Mind you I'm wearing a nice sweater with slacks. I felt completely disrespected. I've never been told something like that before.

I have only been banking with Prosperity since September, and will be closing my accounts today. I have had nothing but problems with this bank. The latest issue was the fact that my debit card number was stolen. When I called to report the fraudulent charges, I was told that I need to visit one of their branches and nothing can be done over the phone or online. This is RIDICULOUS! All of my coworkers said that they've had the same issues handled quickly, by assistance over the phone or by using their bank's app. They won't even order a new card for you unless you go inside. I had to take off work to deal with this, and I have yet to receive my refund. Also, the drive-thru takes FOREVER when you're the only person there! I never leave negative reviews, but this bank has wasted too much of my time, and I feel that it is important to warn others before they waste their time, as well. Off to Chase I go!
