9/8/2024 I called the location at 4:37pm and left a voicemail again to get an update on their investigation of what happened to my storage unit after confirming we were not given all information regarding our storage unit being auctioned. Still have not received any call back or email about what happened to my unit.
8/25/2025 —->Lost our job which ment we had a hard time paying for our storage unit that was going up in price almost every 3 months. We were given the date of August 25th to pay the months rent, late fee, auction fee, insurance and a lien Fee. We found funds and paid the morning of August 25th only to be told that our unit got auctioned off on the 22nd of August despite being told otherwise. Spoke to customer service who said it is what it is in short words. Went to the property and spoke to a gentlemen’s who want the actual property manager who said that not even property manager ( manager to separate 2 locations) know any dates or information about when a unit goes to auction nor do they sent out emails/texts to the unit owners about when that will be, just a vague “ it’ll be auctioned off soon”. Won’t refund the money we paid after finding out the fact. So not only did we pay what was requested but we find out that if we paid before whoever bought the unit , then it’s still ours but if we paid it after it got bought in auction the nothing can be done and you can’t know unless your in person to the property when someone feels like being there and even then they’ll be locked out your account. The temporary manager said no one is typically at this location until after 12-1pm even though it opens at 9am and we’ve tried to get a hold of someone to explain the lack of communication about what the hell happened. No one talks to each other and no one knows anything expect people in the phone who don’t feel comfortable giving out information about your own account. Nobody at this location is answering phones.

Just moved out. Year and a half ago I paid 133$ monthly now it’s 217$. They raise price 40$ every 4 months. Nobody ever in office nobody answers phone or calls back numerous messages I’ve left. Front office is kept at 80 degrees when you finally get in. My last day to get my stuff out my code wasn’t working for gate they wouldn’t allow an extra day for me to get stuff either. Experience was not pleasant

The initial service was great but I’ve tried getting hold of someone to return the $30 lock they automatically charge you for and proof of my home insurance to stop the monthly $15 insurance charge but no one is ever at the property office and my calls are never returned.

I am writing this review to commend the exceptional staff at this specific Public Storage location 45 N. at 1960. They were extremely helpful, understanding my needs and assisting me greatly. A special shoutout to Tyler for his outstanding service. Her patience and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Additionally, the facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which further enhanced my experience. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism displayed by the entire team. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage solutions.

Haven't gone to see the unit yet but got off the phone with Deanee who was so nice & SO knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and was so helpful. The best customer service I have ever received from a storage place!

Great customer service at this location, fast and friendly. Right near the freeway for convenience. Huge facility with many sizes of storage spaces. The people that work inside are both really nice. If your thinking of renting a storage space this location is great.

Ms. Deanee was such an amazing help to me in looking at the storage units. It’s always so clean here. Even with speaking to her over the phone she was such a big help. If you need any assistance please ask for Ms. Deanee she will get you taken care of.

I’ve been renting at this particular location for years and years, and when I tell you Ms. Erica be on top of everything… I mean just that! She doesn’t disappointed! Even when I give her a hard time, she will go above and beyond to ensure she’s has tried her absolute hardest. I really appreciate her😁

Don’t even bother to come here for a unit. The staff is super rude The gates system isn’t working and haven’t been for weeks. You either can’t get in or out. Asked the staff for assistance to exit to property, they were super rude, like I was bothering them and kept saying is “I Don’t Know”, try the other gate.
The buildings need repairs which goes ignored.
