LuAnn is such a sweet heart. From the very beginning of our experience, to selling us boxes was a top notch service. We decided to get one unit. My wife went online to reserve it and apparently my wife had gone to the wrong location. So when some friends and I were loaded with our stuff ready to go inside, the key pad didn’t work. So I went inside and talk to LuAnn again and she did everything in her power and made sure we could go ahead and enter the storage and start unloading. I could share a lot more details, but it will be a long review. Just know that LuAnn is the bomb and she deserves a mega raise ?
