She even showed me the unit i reserved to make sure it would fit and once I saw it wouldn't she helped me book at another location who had a bigger unit available! Sandra is the best! So I came to public storage after my divorce in desperate need of, the property manager Drell attended to my needs and was above 5 stars as service goes. I thank her for her help in this matter and her excellent service

Drell and Kyle were very personable. They walked me around to my unit (long walk in the Houston heat) but they were extremely pleasant. The paperwork and explanation of how things work was very detailed. My reason for 4 stars versus 5 is 2 fold. First, there’s no lighting inside the unit (very dark) and second, the indoor temperature is HOT!!. I have a climate controlled unit and it is hotter inside than outside. When you go outside and it feels cooler that should tell you how bad it is. Drell said that Public Storage keeps the climate controlled units at 82 but it didn’t feel like it There is no air flowing at all and not only is the unit hot but so is the hallway. Public Storage should really make some a/c adjustments in the summer heat. It is very uncomfortable and it does not feel like I’m paying for a climate controlled unit.

My husband and I recently rented a storage unit with Public Storage, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The process was incredibly user-friendly; we downloaded the app, rented the unit through it, and accessed the gate with just a few taps. The storage unit was ready for us, complete with a lock inside. When it came time to cancel, we simply used the app to handle everything, which felt almost too easy. To be sure the cancellation went through correctly, I called customer service, who confirmed that everything was in order. The service was excellent throughout, and I highly recommend Public Storage for anyone needing extra space, whether for moving or simply decluttering.
